On January 16, 2015, I ordered what appeared to be a "FREE" trial of a BellaLabs product for the payment of a shipping charge of $4.95 ... to which an additional $0.04 (unspecified "international transaction fee") was added. On January 31, 2015, my account was mysteriously charged by BellaLabs for $87.63 + $0.70 "International Transaction Fee" for what I have come to find out was that "FREE" trial offer. Not very "FREE"!! Since that time on March 2, 2015, BellaLabs has once again charged my account for $87.63 + $0.70 "International Transaction Fee". I was not aware that I had signed on to a recurring subscription service for a product that DID NOT work and that was felt to be useless and worthless!! I was "lectured" repeatedly by the BellaLabs "customer service" rep that it is the customer's fault and the customer's problem because they do not read all of the terms. Perhaps the problem is really because this SCAM and FRAUD has been structured, advertised, and presented in such a manner as to intentionally deceive and defraud the public.

Bella labs miss repersent free trial offer
I signed up for a free trial offer of Bella Facial Cream . The offer was charging my card for sipping and handling 4.95 which they did. I was out of town on spring break
when the cream arrived as soon as I got home and opened the package I read that they were going to charge my account 87.63 .I called them right away to cancel the order and it was still within the 14 day free trial however, they acknowledge that I called and cancelled the order but they were still going to charge me 87.63 because they claimed I didn't cancelled in time. I was within the 14 day trial order by the delivery date.I called back and told them not to charge my account but they did anyway. I called my card company and they told me that this is how these companies pull the wool over our eyes they counted the day of the order as part of the 14 day free trial. Does that make since charging you before you receive the product what a scam.

david foreign customer service rep on telephone
pop up ad promised a free gift for completing a survey. I did so and 3 products were shown to choose from.
I chose the Luminant whose value was the greatest of the three products (not all 3 were cosmetics related) I was told all I had to pay was shipping and handling. I did so and charged it to my debit card. March 2014 I saw $98.90 deleted from my checking account. I called to dispute and received a foreign rep who 1. refused to let me speak with an American 2. Pretended that he couldn't hear me so he could hang up. 3. told me to call again in 15 minutes (on 3 calls) since "too many people were asking for Americans and the computers were down." 4. Insisted and argued 15 minutes that the charges were legitimate, 4. bargained to give me back 50% refund, 5. At the end, pretended to have gone to manager and then offered 100% refund of $98.90, after I told him I was ready to file a complaint since I live near all the state government offices in Sacramento , California. He said it would be 3 to5 business days before I get refund. It is 3/13/2014 of the first business day.
