6/12/20 noticed My account was being charged for a recurring charge.Thought I had cancelled,6/13/20 Did cancel the recurring charge. Was told to late. Did not receive item until6/26/20. And it was not the recurring item originally ordered as they were out and the sent an alternative product, which did not compare with original item. But still had the gall to charge me anyway.

Sent a sample . Exactly what we needed . Then our first regular shipment was a totally different item . And the emails I am receiving.... are telling me it's a new improved item ... I did not pay for a different item . I paid for the item I requested. They even asked me to send pictures of what I received. Which I did ... still not wanting to give me my $$ back. The larger one in the photo is what I received in the sample and what I need to keep getting . So please tell me these are the same? No they are not . And for some people this won't matter for my disabled son it does matter .

These undergarments are nice, but i have somewhat against them. They don't stretch very well and so are hard to get on. The upper part itches and the ends of the seams stick into me and hurt. I hesitate to get larger size in order to solve part of the problem.

I have tried a lot of different incontinence underwear. I'm a large woman. I finally found one that fit well and I was okay with wearing on a daily basis! I signed up for the plan where I got 60 pairs of XL underwear a month. After receiving my second shipment, I received an email advising me that they now had XXL size available. I decided to give XXL a try and so I changed my 3rd shipment to XXL. To my amazement even though they were larger they ripped at the seams! I decided to change back to my original order of XL and had increased the count to 80. I received my 4th shipment yesterday, 3/5/20, and I went to put a pair n this morning. THEY WERE SO SMALL I COULDN'T PULL THEM ALL THE WAY UP!! I contacted Customer Support and was advised that the underwear I received was their new underwear because the Classic Underwear, which is what I originally ordered and had been receiving, was no longer available!! Since I had changed from XL to XXL and back to XL I no longer qualified for the Classic XL because I had changed my plan!! No where on the order page did it state that if you changed your plan you would no longer qualify to receive the Classic Underwear!! Even though it is available to those who were receiving it and didn't make changes to their plan, I'm being penalized because I tried a different size at their prompting!! Now if I return the items I have to pay for the return shipment, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR PRODUCT,!

I can't thank this business enough for providing me with the support I need. I have tried many incontinence brands in the past, but Because seems to get it right on the dot from the fit to the material! When I chose the wrong amount in my trial pack, their customer service team went beyond my expectations in helping me correct my order in a timely manner and making sure the product I chose was correct for my lifestyle. I tried the Maximum pads, not on Auto-ship but just one time. I only ordered 20 so I had to pay for shipping. Well it was worth it. I think the pads are very good, they said that they were better than the Always and I agree. They are sticky enough on the bottom and hold well, and don't leak at night.

Never received a large order that we counted on being delivered in 5-7 days. They wouldn't track the pkg. and worst of all they refused to send even a small pkg. overnight. They are not, to say the least, customer friendly.

The pads they sent are a lot like Poise pads. They work well for me. IF you like the Poise pads you might want to try these as they're not as expensive. The packaging is nice

I cancelled my membership within 16 days of receiving my samples and it was confirmed. The following month I did not receive any shipment but the second month I did. I notified Because by phone and email and returned the product. Now I'm being told I can't get a refund because I never cancelled. In the meantime my husband passed away 11/9. Please beware.

I wanted an easy way to buy underwear without going to Walgreens. They deliver each month for a good price so I dont have to deal with the store clerks who dont know anything. I see some folks complaining about cancelling - I didnt call to cancel but I did call once to change size and that was easy

I CALLED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND WAS TOLD THAT MY NEXT SHIPMENT WAS ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2019. I TOLD THE PERSON THAT I WAS TALKING TO THAT I COULD NOT WAIT THAT LONG SO I WANTED TO PLACE IT NOW AND SHE ARGUED WITH ME. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THE SAME THING HAPPEN WITH THE GUY I WAS TALKING TO. WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE OF THE USA, THEY CAN NOT UNDERSTAND ME AND I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THEM. BOTH TIMES I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE. I WILL BUY MY ITEMS LOCALLY AND SUPPORT THE USA.

On July 10, 2019, I placed an order (re-order) online for underwear . The photo on the re-order sheet showed a women's underwear, but since the re-order request was emailed to ME, a gentleman, I just thought it was no big deal. After thinking about it for 5-10 minutes, I said I better check it out just to make sure. The person I was connected to at 10:52 a.m. (MT) was a male. I apprised him I just wanted to check whether the order I just placed I was for Men's underwear. He said, "There's nothing that can be done to change it." He didn't even say or ask for anything else. I informed him that I just placed it 10 minutes ago. He repeated the same. I then asked to speak with a manager, and he said "There's no manager." I then insisted for at least 5 minutes that I wanted to speak with a manager. He repeated the same. I then hung up.
I then said to myself, let me call again, and see whether I would get a more polite representative. Basically, SHE said the same thing, but at least said she indicated that she would try to change the order. I then informed her that if I didn't a confirmation of the change by the next morning, that I would be: 1. Cancelling my account with Because, 2. Informing my credit card company to stop any payment, 3. Sending ANYTHING that I received back to Because.
I don't know what kind of training program you have, but based on my experience with these two representatives I'm shaking my head. I'm also appalled to hear THAT YOU HAVE NO MANAGERS. It appears that you're cutting as much costs as possible, and that your customers have to go through the same thing that I'm experiencing. I'm sure they'll feel the same as I do, and hope that you pay the price.
No need to contact me, as I've already changed to a different supplier.

My mother tried multiple times to cancel and they kept sending the products. I finally got her account cancelled but they won't refund and of the shipments. AVOID!

continuation of review, they charged my credit card for merchandise I did not order nor have received.
The bank is handling this for me. The refund did come today $47.12.
I wish I had never heard of this company. Stay Away.

A refund was requested for a return and a shipment that was cancelled. I sent them an explanation, however, their position remained the same.
email sent: "The refund for 42.37 was a refill order that could not be cancelled but it was returned to you and you were notified by email that it was being returned. You have the product and the money. The second refund for 27.15 was a refill order that I did cancel. Again, you have the product and the cash.
Regarding the cancellation date of 2/11. I did try to cancel in February but I did not make it clear that I was cancelling the "subscription ." I repeatedly said to cancel EVERYTHING. Also what do you mean by "cancel at anytime" which your website claims. "

As stated in a multitude of earlier correspondence dating
back to eight (8) months ago, we cancelled all orders at that time. As
I advised you in the 04.14.2019 email, since you persist in harassing
me, I have turned this matter over to our attorney for legal action. I will also be using social media of all types to advise
others of your ineptitude and harassment. I am also contacting Consumer
Reports, the Better Business Bureau, our state department of consumer
affairs, and all major credit reporting agencies, with all the
correspondence we have had over the last eight (8) months.

The Because Market (formerly Hexa & Co) provided garments to my father. While I notified them of the death, and the credit card stopped working, they kept shipping for two months. Then, said it had been too long to take a return or issue a refund.
