Yousif knows his stuff, and is good to deal with. Recommended.

Went to visit the store on Surrey Uni campus too look at Dutch style bikes - really helpful, friendly and don't pressure you. Fell in love with a fantastic Batavus Monaco, and after being allowed to test it extensively around the campus, decided that it was the one for me! Would highly recommend them for new or second hand bikes. Excellent service, knowledge and very friendly!

After scouting around the web I finally came across be dutch. Having owned an old reconditioned gazelle I was fully versed in owning a dutch bike and the pleasure of owning one, until mine was stolen ( own fault for leaving unlocked behind front garden hedge). Yousif was very affable and after talking via email I decided to embark on visit to reacquaint myself with a new one. Ended up purchasing a orange c7+ which meets all the criteria I need, comfortable, adjustable and perfectly useable for everyday transport. If after a everyday reliable, low maintenance bicycle would highly recommend checking out Be Dutch! Bicycles

From my first visit to the website through conversations with Yousif and meeting for a test ride at the shop I found the information and service given as second to none. Bike was delivered a few weeks ago and all is going very smoothly. I take both children to nursery with the mini and maxi Yepp seats and they just love it. I purchased through cyclescheme and the commute to work is a joy - have even had other cyclists comment on how great the bike looks which in London is saying something!

We were looking for a dutch bike and having very little success in the UK. Then came across Be-Dutch Bicycles' website and made contact with Yousif. We travelled up from Bristol at a pre-arranged time and Yousif met us on the university campus and guided us to his shop. He acerrtained our bicycle needs and offered professional advice over several models available, taking into account that the UK is generally 'hilly'.
We came away with a Koga Dutch bike and are thrilled with it as it ticks all our boxes. Very pleased and considering purchasing a 2nd bike.
We truly hope that Be-Dutch bicycles grows in the UK given the level of service, knowledge and attention and detail. Many thanks

I had been looking for a Dutch bike and I wanted to use the Cyclescheme to pay for it out of my monthly pay packet, and Be Dutch! were only too happy to help. Yousif is a really friendly guy who is keen to help out in any way he can. He also has some really helpful videos on YouTube about looking after and enjoying your Dutch bike. I can definitely recommend!

It's 1974 all over again. That same excitement I felt as a boy, getting my new Motobecane 10-speed racer, is fully present as I drink in the wonderful experience of acclimatising myself with the classically elegant lines, beautiful engineering and sublime ride of my new Batavus Monaco.
My joy in this experience is honestly enhanced by having established a relationship with Yousif Sadik and his 'Be-Dutch! Bicycles' business.
I had to wait a number of weeks for this pleasure, as Yousif was just in the throws of taking his emporium to the next level and, juggling this with his PHD studies, was not going to compromise his desire to do things properly for a quick sale.
However, he has proven to be a man of integrity and decency as well as transparency about his operations. And he's a thoroughly nice fellow!
I have no hesitation in encouraging others to entrust this business with their cycling needs. I'm so pleased I went Dutch!

I was looking for a Dutch bike and was put onto Be-Dutch by a shop in Holland. I couldn't find the exact bike I wanted, a Sparta PickUp RN3 in matt black 61cm, on their website but over a simple phone call the bike I wanted was found in stock, placed on the web site and I made my order. They were extremely helpful, with constant updates about the delivery of the bike. The bike arrived as said, ready to ride after a quick adjustment of the handlebars and attaching pedals. What can I say? The bike is fantastic! The quaility of the bike and what comes already fitted as standard - bell, lights, lock, front and rear racks, full mud guards, an excellent double stand and steering lock for parking - just incredible for the price! I have added a rather nice Brooks saddle of my choice to complement the bike. It's a dream to ride, very relaxed and stable and a really solid and tough bike. Overall I'm extremely please with both the bike and service from Be-Dutch. A fantastic enterprise I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone who fancies riding the Dutch way. They know how to do it!

I found "Be Dutch! Bicycles" after a protracted internet search to purchase a Dutch bike that was hard to find in most UK stores. At first, I was a little reticent about buying a bike on the internet but Yousif helped me a lot with sizing and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. When the bike was sent, it was even set up to my own measurements and required very little adjustment. I would certainly recommend Be Dutch! Bicycles to others.

I suffer from a bad back but love to cycle. I wanted a bike built for comfort that was light and sporty (had more than 3 gears). I found mainstream shops unable to help. Be Dutch offered a personalised approach eliminating makes and models until I found a perfect match. I love my KOGA bike and thank them for the care and attention taken. I cycle all the time - pain free.

I would highly recommend Be Dutch! Bicycles to anyone who is looking to buy a new bicycle or would like to have their current bicycle serviced. My first contact with the shop was when I took my Trek hybrid in for a service. I had previously had it serviced at one of the main high-street retailers where the cost was high and the quality of the workmanship poor. Be Dutch! Bicycles was refreshingly different: the workmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I have just bought a Koga bicycle from Be Dutch! and could not be happier with the service I received. An excellent bike shop.

We bought a Batavus Mambo Deluxe to carry our 2 children on. It arrived in perfect condition and on time. Unfortunately, it was a little too big - our return was handled brilliantly and we were sent a new, smaller bike just days later. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Be Dutch! Bicycles and wish them all the best in growing a great little business.

So happy that I've found Be-Dutch Bicycles. It was the only company I could find that sells Batavus, Gazelle and Sparta bikes in the UK. I went over to Guildford and decided to buy a Batavus Pick-Up bike. Yousif, the founder of Be-Dutch Bicycles, was there and advised me on the type of bike and frame size. All very helpful. The bike wasn't available in store, so some days later the bike was nicely delivered to my home. The service Be-Dutch Bicycles offers is great. Another happy customer!

Bought a Gazelle bike from Be Dutch Bicycles. Yousif is so knowledgeable and helpful. Have a look at his videos via the website - they are so clear and easy to follow.
The bike was delivered a day earlier than expected and so well packaged. It was all set up just the pedals to attach and final adjustments of seat and handlebars. Even batteries in the light!
A couple of follow up questions quickly answered by email.
I love the bike and recommend this company. A pleasure to do business with.

Looking for a Dutch bike for my daily commute I found Be Dutch. I was very picky which bike I wanted, but they were able to get exactly the one I wanted.
They made sure the bike was delivered before the Christmas holidays as I had hoped. And when a delivery issue occured (bike was not delivered to front door but left at entrance apartment block, which was done by TNT) Be Dutch offered a partial refund for the delivery costs, while it wasn't even their responsibility.
In short, excellent service.

I wanted to buy a specific bike by Royal Dutch Gazelle. So I began searching the Internet and found it at Be Dutch! Bicycles. I made a query and got exactly what I was looking for.
I have bought many bikes new and used in the past from large retailers to private classified listings. My experience with Be Dutch! was without a doubt the most remarkable bike purchase I have ever made. It is very refreshing to do business with a company which takes time to look after their customers' needs and go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The bike is impeccable and the transaction was benevolent. I would highly recommend Be Dutch! to anybody looking to buy a Dutch bike in the U.K.

Yousif seems to be quite a character and there's no doubt he loves his Dutch bicycles. He'd also love you to have one, and will go to lengths to make sure you do. Service was great, delivery on time, and the recipient absolutely thrilled

Now it's about buying a quality Dutch bicycle. I've previously owned a couple of mid-range hybrids and knew what they lacked - Dutchness. Now I've bought a Batavus Blockbuster, which suits well my regular utility, short-commute, load-carrying, occasional leisure needs. I talked it through with a very knowledgeable Be Dutch, tried three bikes (because I'm local to the shop), and made my decision from what is an excellent and growing range, plus accessories. And I don't think I've met a more ethical retailler who really cares - for example, maintenance videos on YouTube. I got home slightly out of breath and with a broad smile on my face. Go on, Be Dutch!

I was looking for a moederfiets, a Dutch bike specifically designed to carry children, and did quite a bit of research online, both uk and dutch companies. I came across Be Dutch and Yousif could not have been more helpful. I came down to the shop, tried some bikes and was left in peace to decide what I wanted, no hard sell, no sell at all actually. I came back to Yousif a couple of weeks later and we agreed on the best type of bike, and despite many suppliers both Dutch and English claiming it would take months to get my bike, Yousif magically sourced one and then delivered it a day early! It was packaged perfectly, with everything ready to go with a few adjustments just as he had promised. He also gave me sound advice on the child seat and basket, kindly giving details of where to source and which would work best. Be Dutch completely exceeded my expectations. Because Yousif cares that you end up happy with your bike and the service, you do!

I am very pleased with both the service provided, and the bike itself. The purchase and delivery were discussed quickly and smoothly, and everything was executed very professionally. There are also additional resources available regarding the assembly of the bike and adjustments - very useful materials.
Thanks again for a wonderful shopping experience!
