Chose Banana Moon after some bad customer service at workwear express and really pleased with the whole process and the quality of the print and service. Only point of improvement is the website could be a bit more user friendly, but worth it when the end product is good.

I was extremely impressed with the original service and then the customer service I received throughout the process. The products are great quality and the embroidery and printing look fantastic. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful and I was so impressed with the speed in which my order was processed.
I highly recommend Banana Moon and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Easy to navigate website. Once you've finished your design one of their team contacts you to confirm everything is correct and in order, delivery was free and spot on time. Cheaper than their rivals "Workwer Express", small or large business I recommend these guys.

I was recommended to try Banana Moon after hours of trying to find a company to buy customised tshirts in small quantities. I only wanted 2 but in actual fact you can even buy 1 if you like. The process of customising was really easy to to follow and the resulting TShirts are amazing. Great quality material and they look amazing. The customer service follow up was great as I added requests to my order which were followed to the letter. Production and delivery was fast and efficient. This will be my go-to site now for all event tshirts, large or small.

Was trying to find and match an order from 2017. Not only were they helpful and efficient finding the original order. They found original artwork and was able to recreate very quickly. Initial enquiry on the monday had the new item Thursday.

The service:
I'm just a poor humble holidaymaker who wanted four polo shirts to commemorate the holiday. Banana Moon were understanding of my naivety in trying to do this and helped me all along the way with patience.
The quality:
I went for the 65:35 polycotton polo. Not actually tried it yet but the quality looks amazing and the stitching is utterly perfect. Polo shirt colour is like the preview too.
Overall:
EXCELLENT! Very professional.

Can't fault the experience at all. Great quality product, easy to use design and ordering system, and even though the expected arrival date was pushed back a few times, I was kept informed, and the products still arrived in an acceptable time frame. I would advise to order two or three weeks before you need the product, just in case, but the items are definitely worth the wait.
Will definitely be using Banana Moon for our uniform designs again!
