All is good when it is good but any issues you are on your own! I’ve just lost €100 to them.
Helpdesk office hours is a joke! Imagine yourself, on delayed or redirected flight - office hours are 8:00 to 18:00 - I’m sorry if you fly outside office hours! You have been warned.
Trying to get to helpline is a joke - 30 or 40 minutes on the hold to get incorrect informaton

I have booked my car on Corsica 18-25.09.2014 using services Auto Europe Car Rental.
After my return company said there is a scrach on the left door and they have kept all my deposit what is 1600 Euro!
As I had access 0 Euro- full insurance, I should not have paid anythnig for this issue. Even if they would charge me they should gave me back all of it ASAP.
I have supplied Auto Europe with ALL neccesary documnets to receive as quck as possbile my money back. I have followed it with a phone call to make sure they got it all.
Unfortunatelly, even after many many of my emails to them as well as phone calls they have been ignoring me. It's two months later now and I still didn't receive my 1 600 Euro!
I have written a comment on thier website and that made them look at my case and I have received an answer:
"I spoke with my manager regarding your case and we will give this case priority. However, the status is at this moment unfortunately still the same as before that we are awaiting for the repair bill from our supplier Citer before we can proceed with this case. Unfortunately, we can not physically go there to get it ourselves but we would if we could to get the documents. Instead, we do put pressure on our suppliers to answer our emails in the ways that we can.
Regarding the details of this case that you have asked for you can find them below:
17.10.14 Case opened.
20.10.14 First contact with Citer asking for documents
22.10.14 Added your bank statement to file
28.10.14 Sent reminder to Citer about sending us the documents
11.12.14 Reminder sent again to Citer after you have been in contact with us
11.24.14 Reminder sent again to Citer urging them to give us the requested documents
11.26.14 Sent to our manager to contact Citer's manager demanding an answer
As soon as we hear back from them we will contact you."
I think this so wrong - keeping someone's money for such a long time, not answering to emails or anything and then writing they have contacted the compnay and they are waiting for receipt from the company in Corsica!!
Firstly- it is their business not mine to get the receipt, they should gave me back all the money because I had an insurance 0 access!
Secondly, this is obvious that that company won't fix this little scrach (this car was all in scratches), so they will not recive this receipt ever!
I would NEVER ever recommned you this company.
They have been not helpfull, not contacting me in my case and they still keep my 1600 Euro, even if I had 0 ACCESS insurance!!
