Great communication from atlas choice , will use them again. The emails explained everything we needed to do and how to collect car. Couldn't be better! All this at a very competitive price.

I was surprised to read that this company is still active, I filed a complaint against them and was told that they went bankrupt...
I had my one and only worst car hire ever with this company. We were travelling to Sardinia with our small daughter, when arriving at the airport in Algero to pick up my car, I was explained by the guys from Target Rent that because I was late with 50 minutes, the voucher has become invalid. RIDICULOUS!...
You may guess, this was quite shocking for me and my family. I tried to argue with the lady from Target rent, and finally a guy came and told me to contact Atlaschoice, as I have made the booking via them. I started to contact Atlaschoice. I tried more than 10 times all the time an automatic response...
Finally I paid to SIXT for car rental on the spot. After my vacation I looked for a layer in my country Bulgaria and by the end of 2016 received a mail that Atlas Choice have gone bankrupt.
I would not advise anybody to make a reservation for a car rental via this company. All the positive reviews I doubt...unfortunately it is very difficult to prevent from fake reviews...

ATLAS CHOICE in the UK WENT BUST IN DECEMBER 2016.. they did not pay the car rental company from who I was renting...so I had to pay twice...beware

I rented a car via Argus from 14-22 August, cost £133 + excess insurance via AXA £38. Stupidly got my dates wrong and arrived to collect 15-Aug. Car rental provider was Green Motion at Glasgow airport. GM (backed up by Argus) said that because I was late they get to keep all my money and they had rented out the car to someone else. GM quoted me £30 a day to rent a bigger car which they had - another £240. I eventually agreed £160 with GM for this bigger car. When I viewed the car I could see no difference in size between it and the VW Golf I had originally booked. GM then said that the excess on this bigger car was £2,500 not the £1,000 I had paid for from AXA when making the original booking. This would cost me an extra £20 (approx) per day - a further £160. I declined to pay this. JEEVA (the GM repesentative) said that I would be charged £2,500 for every scratch on the bumper if I didn't pay the additional insurance. I already had paid for £1,000 excess insurance via AXA. How could a bumper scratch cost £2,500 ? JEEVA then said they would not rent to me without a car seat for my seven year old which would cost me £14 per day - a further £112. (I think you can buy a car booster seat for £15-20.) So, in total, to get the same size of car that I had already paid for, for the full period they wanted an additional £432 on top of the £171 I had already paid. JEEVA refused to give me his second name. JEEVA lied to me as they had the same size car available that I had originally booked. He was determined to try and cheat us out of more money - I suspect he was on commission.
I have since read the agreement. It states that "if you collect your vehicle outside the pick up time additional charges MAY be applicable.....the vehicle may not be available if you arrive late..... THE FACT IS THAT OUR VEHICLE, WHICH WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IN FULL FOR 9 DAYS, WAS AVAILABLE. JEEEVA LIED IN ORDER TO TRY AND CHEAT US OUT A FURTHER £432.
My advice is pay a little more and rent from car hire companies that have recommended ratings other wise you are puting your head in the Lion's mouth and they will find a way of getting you somehow, especially with unscrupuLous dishonest fraudsters, like JEEVA.

Excellent service and highly recommended. The booking process was quick and straightforward to use and our car was waiting on our arrival at Ronaldsway Airport. The staff were really helpful and provided a map and directions to our accommodation. Will definitely use again.

We had booked a large family car (e.g. Ford C-Max) but received a normal Fiat sedan instead. It was quite new and in good shape (around 10000 km only) BUT we could not fit my family of 5 (2 kids and a baby) in the car. I had specifically written to Customer service before the trip to confirm that we need a car for 2 adults and 5 kids - very frustrating and unacceptable!!!
After many discussions and 2 days later - we finally got the larger car and could travel again in peace and comfort.
