Artissima Luce doesn't not exist anymore and is bust. They still owe me a refund of over €1,000.00 that I will never ever see.

I have asked for a refund well now they have stopped communications

The worst experience ever... We have ordered lights for 2000€. After some period I wrote polite email to send me feedback about my order. They wrote in first half of July i will recieve the lights. I have no lights yet. I wrote several mails... no answer. I have tried to call several time, but they do not recieve any call. The worst seller. We want money back but reading other reviews it is not easy. We will see. DO NOT BUY LIGHTS ON THIS WEBSITE!!!

I have been promised my refund since December I get emails saying refund will be done in next two days but no refund this is blatant fraud I have now run up a large telephone bill calling and simply don't know what to do except wright reviews warning others not to purchase as this company will not refund you your money they will not reply to my reviews as they know they are wrong

I ordered lights at the end of March. Four months later still no lights. I have been given so many excuses. They blamed the supplier. Then they told me the lights would be with me by the end of the week at the beginning of July. It was always a different excuse. Still nothing, still no lights. I asked for refund. They tell me they can’t do it because the person responsible is not in the office, like that makes it OK not to refund me. This is a common complaint against this company so this is not a one off situation. They clearly operate like this. Anything they tell you is to delay and nothing more than an excuse. This is some sort of scam and fraud. I’m left with the option to either employ solicitors or get a cheap easyjet ticket to Italy to confront them face to face. They never answer the phone so they leave me little option than to fly out and confront them face to face.

The worst of the worst, I order a lamp March 23 and still have not gotten it. I want my money back and they don't even answer the phone......this is the worst company I have ever worked wth....dont ever buy anything from them. We now are hiring a lawyer.

I wonder what this company is doing in the office. I placed an order which they not were able to deliver. Then I asked them to refund my money and was told that it should be done within 14 days. Now it has gone three weeks and still no money. Neither any answers on the mails I have sent and asked for the status of this rufund. How hard can it be to send the money in return?

I was a bit concerned when ordering some very expensive glass globes from ArtissimaLuce because, as I am UK based and can only speak English, if anything went wrong it could be difficult to recover my money. I need not have worried. Even though one was smashed on arrival it was replaced promtly with no hassle. I would definitely recommend this company!

I ordered a lamp on the 2nd of september 2017 and paid 504,00 Euro. After 2 weeks Artissimaluce told me the item was no longer in production and that I needed to pick something else from the catalogue. I said I did not need anything else and asked them for a refund. They confirmed this would be settled.
We are a month later now, several e-mails in which they promised to arrange the refund and many calls to them but NOTHING! The lady Simona that answers the phone is the only one that speaks English (she says) and she is asking the administration department to pay. I asked to speak to her supervisor or the CEO of Artissimaluce, but not possible! They always promise to act and pay me back but nothing happens. Be warned, these people are plain thieves.

Beware of this Company; after 30 working days I had still not received my order. Having chased it on numerous occasions I was told differing stories, I was never told that the item was out of stock. Eventually I told them I wished to cancel the order and was told it would take 14 days to refund me. Their conduct is entirely unsatisfactory.

I have order a lamp for 715 Euro mid-November, and after finding a better offer online, cancelled only one day after I placed it. I have asked artissimaLuce several times for the reimbursement, and still don't have my money back, a month later. Replies from the company, often without address (!), only turned around the question whether I "really" don't want their lamp (what is this? a kindergarten?), once even denying that I actually cancelled, which I could easily demonstrate by resending the original email. I will now contact a consumer organization about this and inquire about necessary steps. Never expereinced something like this before.,

I ordered a lamp on 13 November 2016 and did not received anything to date (January 2017) and above all no acceptable explanation from Artissimaluce. I really doubt receiving my furniture one day. They did not even offered to reimburse me, even after numerous emails.
PLEASE AVOID !!!

I’ve ordered 03.07.16 two Catellani lamps with the total sum of € 1.215. They promised a delivery time of 28 days after order. I’ve transferred the money asap. They confirmed that they got the money and ordered the lamps. Meanwhile we have 03.10.16. I’ve cancelled my order 18.09.16. Still have I neither received the lamps or the money. The phone number on the homepage doesn’t work and it’s not possible to reach them via phone. Here is the history and the mail-dialogue:
A) 24.07.: I asked when I might receive the lamps
B) 28.07.: As I didn’t get an answer I asked again. Here are there answer: “Not yet because in the items arrived in these days there were not your articles, they wil arrive to us for the first days of the next week.”
C) 03.08.: I asked again. There answer: “we phoned yesterday to the company and we sent to them an email to know why items didn’t arrive and they told us that they can’t send to us before the summer holidays because they had some late in production and the delivery will be for the end of august when they open because now they closed the shipping. We are so sorry for this problem.”
D) Poor customer service: They didn’t inform me about their late in production.
E) 30.08.: The shop promised again: “company said to us that for the next week they will send to us the items, we are so sorry for the late. Bets regards, Artissimaluce”
F) 13.09.: The shop promised again: “No probably the next, we’ll inform you don’t worry”
G) 19.09.: The shop promised again: “Don’t worry because we are waiting for the articles between today and tomorrow”
H) 22.09.: The shop promised again: “we ended few minutes ago to speak with company, the delivery will arrive to us between 26 and 27 of September. Unfortunately the summer holidays bring a lot of late in production of articles, the quality/lack of this company is that realize all articles with handcrafted work. We assure you that for the next week you’ll receive the article. We are so so so so sorry for the late and we thank you for your patience. Best regards, artissimaluce”
I) 30.09.: Dear ... , we are so sorry for the late in the answer but we want to be sure that articles were in our w/house, arrived few minutes ago finally and on Monday we can send all to you. We are so so sorry for the late of the company. Best regards, artissimaluce"
J) 30.09.: My last answer: “I still cancel the order as you didn’t deliver in time. You’ve had your chance. You promised six times to deliver. Now its over. Transfer the money back to me asap.
As I mentioned, if I don’t get my money back asap I take further steps. Therefore transfer the money BACK today!!!
Or can you send me a smartphone picture with you and both lamps in front of you??? I don’t believe you at all.”

I am in the UK and decided to order 2 beautiful outdoor designer sofas from Artissimaluce in Italy as the same sofas in the UK were far more expensive. The shipping and insurance fees were so incredibly reasonable (less than £30.00) i have paid higher shipping from UK companies. From start to finish the company has been so kind re-assuring professional and really helpful answering every question and helping me step by step order from abroad. My sofas arrived quickly well packaged totally intact and are absolutely stunning. I saved over £200 purchasing from Artissimaluce and would highly recommend them to all. Cant thank them enough. x

I placed the order, payed and did not hear for 40 days. They were late in the delivery but did not touch base to inform me. I wrote them and the next day they contacted me informing me that the delivery was on its way. One of the two lamps unfortunately was broken but they arranged a swift change in less than ten days. Very polite and helpful!!

I ordered 2 light fittings in November 2014. I used ArtissimaLuce for 3 reasons-
1) the price was less than half of the best price I could find in the UK.
2) the quoted delivery time was less than other suppliers.
3) my emailed questions about the lights were answered very clearly and promptly.
I was concerned about placing my order with a company that I knew nothing about. I was also worried about such expensive, heavy glass light fittings being transported from southern Italy to the UK. In fact, everything was managed smoothly.
The lights, including the UK electrical fittings, were exactly as described. The service from ArtissimaLuce was excellent, with the lights arriving 2 weeks earlier than expected. The lights were packaged impressively to ensure they arrived in good condition. My first experience of this company was therefore first class. I am about to order more lights from ArtissimaLuce and look forward to receiving the same hight quality of service. I will post another review if this is not the case.

I ordered 3 lamps by the shop on 29.07.2014 and sent money to the account of the shop. Still have I neither the lamps nor money back. Every week ask I by the shop, when I will get the items, and get the answer "Next week". On my email with requirement to cancel the order and send money back I get no answer at all.
The phone number on the home page is wrong, it's impossible to call them.
My next steps: I will put police and lawyer.
