I've owned several spas and they are the best spa to have in Utah, clearly the best quality. But the customer service and sales communication is terrible, almost the worst I've ever encountered. When you call them, you get nothing but voice mail, around and around you go, leaving voice mail messages that no one bothers to respond to. It's almost easier to get in the car and drive to the store to find someone to talk to.
Complete frustration, I've been trying to schedule a follow up to complete the install for two days and can't find a person to talk to.

We purchase our spa last spring and really enjoy using it. We have arthritis and it helps relieve the pain on our joints. Customer support was great and they got right back to us to answer any questions.

I've owned a Actric Spa for almost 8 years now and love it, My wife, kids, friends, kids friendfs and family use our tub no less than 4 days every week. This has been the absolute best purchase of our lives and the best thing we ever did for our family. Being in the midwest, there are no arctic spa service options within 100 miles, and the best local source for supplies and customer service is in Minn about 10 hours away. Finding Christian and Arctic Spas of Utah was the absolutely the best find yet. Christian and his Actic Spa team are extremely knowlegable and experienced. I feel lucky I chose actic spas over other manufacturers as my Arctic spa Tundra is such a durable and reliable tub with so few issues over the past 7 years, The few times recently where I've had issues and questions, Christian and his team have always provided incredible and timely service, extreme patience and support with all my many - many questions, talking me through the steps to properly diagnose the problem (saving me $$$ on calling a service tech from some local pool supply store or a full day service call) to find the right and most economical solution, and then 'very' patiently talk me through every step to fix . replace parts until satisfied. This Utah team has been "amazing" making owning my Actic spa even more enjoyable, knowing I have real - live - solid, reliable, very knowlegable support folks, with incredible patience and chearful demeanor. This team has always found a solution, delivered quickly on their promises, and have kept me and my family very happy with our Arctic spa. we look forward to enjoying our arctic spa Tundra for a long time or until we replace it with another Actic apa. Pleased to find Arctic Spa still in business. No Alaska distributor or parts available locally. I needed a new light lens for an older tub because of leaks but it was no longer made because of what I assume were major problems with leaking. A new replacement kit was, and is, available, which I ordered. I assume it is a fairly easy job to install and tub will be ready to go. A little slow in filling order though. Also good to see a USA location versus Canada, not to knock Canada though.

Customer notification or providing updated status not part of process. Got order confirmation quickly but, status remained in awaiting shipping for several days. Would be good to provide customers with update or set an expectation when delivery will occur.

I'm a newbie spa owner and as such specified the wrong filter as part of my order. Arctic Spa Store flagged this error and corrected it while neither altering the dollar amount nor delaying shipment. A courteous email was sent explaining my error and describing the proposed fix. No action on my part was required since, of course, they knew better than I what to ship. Bravo.

When I placed the order I did not create an account now that my order is finally on the way I wanted to track the package so I tried to create an account with no luck because it says my e-mail is already in use well yea I gave it when I placed the order so after my effort I still don't know where my package is.

My local Arctic Spa dealer went out of business so I found this website. I signed up for the Spa Filter annual program and ordered a replacement clip for my spa. The ordering was quick and easy and I received my products within a few days. The prices are reasonable so I will continue to use this site.

I placed my order from you all on 10/26. As of today, 11/4, 9 days later my order is still waiting to be shipped?!?!? Considering that your onzen system in my tub is a complete lemon (it has worked for a total of 3 months and I have owned the tub for over 3 years; been replaced at least a half dozen times), I would have hoped other parts of your company operate better. Guess I was wrong there too.

I ordered some spa accessories and PH adjust. The accessories were not in stock at the store so the complete order was held up. After several weeks I called to check on the order and got the PH adjust sent out but now, several weeks later, I'm still waiting for the accessories. I'm told there still on back order from the supplier. If I had know the complete order was not in stock I could have ordered elsewhere and had received everything by Christmas.

I made an order on February 18th(order#4093), and while I realize that it was ground shipping for free, it has been in an "awaiting shipment" status since February 19th with no update since and it is now late evening on February 25th. The order was for 2 pivot arms for a cover lift, hardly large or heavy requiring any special shipping. It doesn't seem like very good service for something as simple as an order.

I did not know what part was needed for my older spa. Sent a picture of the damaged part and after some research they provided the needed part. Great service and highly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend them for all arctic spas related issues.

Me and my wife made the mistake of making two separate orders of some of the same products. I informed Arctic SS of my mistake. The order wasn’t shipped yet so they kept the doubled ordered items and refunded the money. Unfortunately I got refunded for some of the items I still wanted, and had to pay for an item I wanted off the order. I haven’t received my shipment yet, but I feel confident that we can resolve the mistake about the refund as well.

I ordered some jet replacements on 25 October 2013 and when I was working with the online representative he stated the jets were in stock. However, it still took until 1 November for the items to be shipped. I kept trying to find out why my order was delayed and was told someone would get back to me and they never did until the jets were finally shipped a week later. Very disappointed in the costumer service.
