I bought a FLY TORNADO SLIM 1 year ago and it didn't even last 4 months. I sent it back to China to repair November 2016. I have asked for updates on my phone but they never gave me any, they were always giving excuses, and now after almost threatening them they have told me that they've stopped the production of that model. Now the only solution they give me is to send me a USED phone after all the time I have been waiting. By the way, the warranty is useless, they never sent me a "replacement" phone as they said. I am so disappointed. Worst management ever. Never buy a phone on this site!

On Oct 2nd 2015 I ordered a phone from Antelife because they have EU warehouse and I needed the product fast. After six days I had no shipping information and I send them an email asking about the status of my order. The customer service replied that I have to pay 25 Euros more in order to receive my order. I refused to pay and finally after 5 emails and a PayPal claim they send the phone.
After a year the phone had unfortunately a hardware failure and fortunately it was 15 days before the warranty expiration. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to contact the retailer, Antelife. After one month and more than 10 emails I managed to find the return address in order to send the item back to China.
Of course nobody informed me that the item arrived to Antelife and it took more 2 months and many emails and facebook messages to trace it in the service of Antelife.
So, three months after the damage they told me that "we can not confirm whether it is artificially damage, so we charge the hardware replace fee 66.14$"!
I explained them that this is not compatible even with their own Terms of service and I'm not going to pay for the repair. Now I suppose that it will take 2 more months in order to take my phone back.
Stay away from this company. If you have any problem you will regret the time you placed order to them. They are absolutely not organized and not professional. In the past I had a similar problem with another Chinese eshop and they solved it professionaly in 20 days. Stay away from Antelife!!!

- The customer support ask me to pay for the repair of an item that is covered by warranty. Which is the purpose of the warranty when they are not consistent with their obligations?
- Me: "Please let me know the shipping cost to return the phone to my address and how to pay that cost to you".
- Antelife Customer support: "In that case, we will send you back the phone, pls pay for the shipping fee".
- Me: "How? In my previous email I have asked you the amount and the way to pay".
- Antelife Customer support: Thank you for your message. 1. Paypal, The paypal account: aukey.ebussiness**gmail.com 2. Bank Transfer (just for very big amount)
- Me: How much. Please send me the amount.
Update 17 Jan 2016 The Antelife's worst customer support on earth continue sending one reply every day without solving any problem or proceeding to any action. Just waste of time.
- Antelife Customer support: The shipping fee is 15$.
- Antelife Customer support: Attached is the payment proof of your phone from ELEPHONE OFFICE. We hope you can understand us, maybe we can make a discount for you. (The attachment is a document in Chinese)
- Me: I sent you the shipping cost through PayPal (Unique Transaction ID # 9CY92178XK44*****). Please let me know about the Tracking Number when you send the phone.
- Antelife Customer support: In fact I recommend you a second hand phone.
- Me: Not acceptable. The phone was in warranty and you refused to repair it. That is clear. Please send the phone back to my address immediately.
- Antelife Customer support: Because you refused to pay for the money, we can not repair it for you. Okay we agree you return the phone, pls send shipping fee.
- Me: I have already sent you the shipping fee and I informed you two days ago. Unique Transaction ID # 9CY92178XK44***** 7/10/2017 03:15 PDT
- Antelife Customer support: I am sorry that we didn't find your money, could you pls send me your payment screen shot?

The Service is shabby all over the chain, more than a month to ship the phone with the argument "is not yet available" in the store, knowing that when i ordered it, it was available on the site
The delivery took 1 month.
The phone comes with an earphone problem that does not work.
After contacting the customer service, and spending more than two months in chating with them or they have made me lose much time to finally suggest to me to send the phone with unrealistic conditions. Please see below:

I ordered a phone and after MORE THAN ONE MONTH waiting they write me saying that the phone is out of stock but they could send me another model. I say that I don't want that other model but a refund and they insist I take this other phone, no matter what I write they told me to buy another one. THIEVES!!

Maybe there is a difference between ordering from the European warehouses vs from China, reviews about the former seem better...
I had an annoying experience, having ordered the Yotaphone 2 international version from the Chinese warehouse I emailed Antelife after 3-4 days of no acknowledgement of my order (no order confirmation email received). A couple days following my email I got a short reply saying the phone had shipped a day earlier and was now in the process of delivery (expected within 3-5 days). I then asked them for an invoice and tracking information. Another day passed and I was informed that they will provide the invoice once they have the tracking number.
At this point I opened a dispute with PayPal. Lo and behold I got an invoice from Antelife the same day.
4 days later they sent me an email with a tracking number and a tracking website - and said that it usually takes 10 DAYS for the tracking info to update, but my phone will be with me within 7-30 days - so still no usable proof or tracking info. And they had the cheek to ask me to close the dispute with PayPal to which I said no.
Another 4-5 days passed and I was about to cancel the whole thing with PayPal when I received a message from PayPal that Antelife refunded the money and the case was closed, I received no apologies nor any explanation from Antelife. In the end I only lost probably 3-4 weeks and a couple euros in conversion fee. I'm not sure if they were trying to scam me, but when I ordered the phone their website said they had more than 10 in stock.

I have ordered a smartphone (Yotaphone 2) on the Antelife web site. Delivery to Germany was ok. The phone was advertised with "Worldwide Free Shipping". I had to pay shipping, and a lot of taxes (30% of the original price), but at least I got some small refund afterwards.
The front display of the phone stopped working after a few weeks, for no apparent reason, and this is where the trouble started:
* After 3 mails to the Antelife support center and misleading replies, I finally got information on how to send back the device.
* I tried to do so, but my package was returned back to me because of the built-in smartphone battery.
* After 8 (!) more mails (and 48 hours of waiting for each reply), Antelife told me that they cannot repair my smartphone anyway, because they do not have the appropriate displays available.
* I asked about the Portugal repair center, which is mentioned in the FAQ. I got the reponse "We don't have such repair center in Spain".
* For all remaining mails I wrote ("what else can be done?" etc). I got replies such as "what is your tracking number", "we will get your package soon".
* Since then, the replies did not have anything to do with my questions. I tried to write both elaborate mails and very short mails, but the contents of my mails are systematically ignored.
* Interestingly, I always get a response, so I assume their strategy is to tire the customers until they give up.
This is the Antelife advertisement (front page): "Perfect after-sale service." and "We also have one year free repair warranty. We will help solve all the problems caused to you if you purchase from us". The advertised support chat is never online.
Forget it. If something goes wrong, you are lost.

I bought the Gigaset Me Pro from Antelife (Germany Warehouse) on 2016/12/18 and I received it the 2016/12/22. So fast processing, fast packaging and fast sending.
Product is from CCC not CE but It works perfect and last but not least with the lastest ROM available.

Paid two phones by credit card, Antelife asked for copy of my id, home address proof, picture od credit card etc or else they would cancelmy order and refund me. I asked them to cancel and refund me and then they asked for, proof of payment. I provided it but haven't heard from them since. Not to be trusted.

and after many days i contact about 16 december to asked what happen to the smartphone that i order the try to change it with a cheaper older version o doogee X5 i said NO ,and after many day the said we will change it with the doogee X5 pro i accepted and after 2 days the said ok we will send the doogee x5 you accepted,i said NO it was not the one i asked.

Antelife gives a great service, I order Lenovo K80M from European/Spanish Warehouse to Portugal. It was sent on the 29 and arrived on 30 in the morning. Package was in explendid condition and there was no problem with the device, it was imaculated. They did forget the adapter and the seal was broken, which is normal (my ffriend order came with the adapter, so if you order ask for it in the comments and they will send it). The ROM was normal and specs were in order as announced. I couldn't get the tracking number in time but it is normal because it arrived in such short time (you can see it in the site under account dashboard). I will buy again from this website and I recommend it. Thank you Antelife for the great service!

I've ordered a UMI LONDON on their website, and i paid for a fast shipping (DHL). 2 Months later I just didnt received the phone. They always have a good excuse. One time the color is not available - "but if you agree on the black, we will ship the phone today" - or "Dear Friend, We are sorry about that. We didn't send the phone yet as the gift is not available"... Which gift, i don't care...
I've asked more than 10 times (10 different emails) to be refunded, but they have all the time ignored my request. Just few days ago, they told me that they will refund me... I'm still waiting.
I've ordered a 200USD+ phone from the european warehousse in july. The phone was written in stock and in HUGE BIG characters, it was written: Fast shipping 48-72 hrs, with tracking number.
I've ordered the phone, and i was just unable to get any tracking number from them. They were just asking me to wait... I received the phone 10 days later.
It happened that I got a defective phone. I've again written about 20 emails to require the address of the european warehouse to send back the phone. They did ignore my request for 2 weeks. Finally, they just send me an email saying that I need to send it back in China, through a regular shipping for them to do not have any tax to pay... I told them that i want to send it back to Europe to do not have to wait 2 months before to get a new one. They replied that i can send it to Germany but i'll have to pay for the repairing. This is just insane.
I finally sent back the phone to Germany saying that i wont pay for anything.
Conclusion: ANTELIFE is just the worst chinese phone online selling company I had to deal with, the are constantly lying, trying to win time hoping that customers will drop.
I just don't recommend at all this company.
And if you need to buy with them, pay by Paypal to be able to open a case.
Ha ha ha ha...
Antelife just reply the usual basic reply where as I've already wrote them more than 50 emails with my order number...

I've finaly got the refund of the UMI London ordered 2 months earlier and never received. I first battle won.
For the UMI SUPER, they, as usual, told me some Bla bla bla bla, bla bla bla bla... we ship the phone today.
I've asked for a tracking number... and guess what??? I didn't receive any.
They are still continuing to behave as usual.

- Tracking numbers sent to me 5 days later. The shipping dates is wrong
- The Phone has not been sent to the correct city, fake again
- Finally, my case opened with PAYPAL was positively closed - I've been refunded by PAYPAL
- More than 100 emails exchanged where as 5 would have been enough.
One advice > Use paypal to pay online and keep track of everything.

I ordered a phone at Antelife. The phone had some problems, so I contact the team from Antelife. Amazingly enough, them responded and we exchange many e-mails regarding my phone. They suggested that it is best if I send the phone back and they told me that they will try to fix it. AND THEY DID! I got my phone new and repaired. They were so polite, professional and they kept their word. Thank you so much for making an effort and not let my money spent in the air.

I have used antelife a few times, I found the prices better than pandawill or gearbest. The shipping time can be slow if you don't opt for upgraded delivery, which I never do. I don't think some of the phones are great quality but others have been amazing (I change mine often as I get bored). I have had two Jiayus and an Elephone from them plus a few orders for consumables such as cases or batteries so I have probably ordered about six or seven times from them. It isn't going to be the same level of service for faulty goods as popping into the apple store but then again you aren't paying £750 for an out of date phone. Also, certain phones have known problems so research online before you buy - someone mentioned a battery problem on an elephone and I solved this on mine by disabling the fingerprint sensor (until they update the firmware so it stops draining the battery). Might not work on the other reviewer's model, of course. However, as this site is called Trustpilot, I had to mention that in terms of trust, and whether the site is genuine, I can certainly vouch that it is and that they do send out what you order. They do reply to emails too but their English is poor so be very very clear about what you mean and don't use idiomatic language.
