Sandy frim Annke Customer service went above and beyond to help me with issues I was having trying to set my system up I would highly recommend Annke security systems to anyone who is looking for a top-of-the-line system as well as top-of-the-line customer support they will get back to you within hours been a big help to me I will not buy any other system best Customer service ever!!!!

Ok so I still don’t have my issue resolved having had the system for a week. The instructions aren’t good at all. I have 6 emails I have asked for a call to resolve and final have been offered one at 2.30 in the morning this is shocking. I just want the system working. Unless resolved I will be returning.. one unhappy customer

My DVR started to fail within a year. Shut down went offline tried restarting repeatedly without success. Applied the firmware updates to USB root drive. No different. No reply when asked the for the system to be replaced for free as under a year old. Been fobbed off with being asked to bit a new unit with a 20% discount. Unacceptable. I'm disabled and a vulnerable adult and they dont give a toss.
Happy to give away systems to get your email details with their new Carnival launch though.

I had an update issue with my ANNKE DH81S. Customer service got back to me after my request for help. They sent me the available upgrade link. I followed their instructions and installed the file. Unfortunately the issue continued. I contacted support again and informed them. They instructed follow the instructions below.
1. Please disconnect the Ethernet cable to the router, and reboot the system.
2. After rebooting the system and it works well, you need to set a new password and don't use the default one.
My NVR is working like new again. I am very pleased and appreciate the wonderful customer support I received.

I Really like my Nova s Interior camera , and the after support is wonderful , had a small issue and the team went way beyond the call of duty to rectify it , Sandy stayed with me and helped resolve my issue , also the on line tech was wonderful , he really knew his job !

I read so many of these reviews on here while I was trying to figure out what to do about the Annke cctv security system I just bought of Facebook Market Place. It was supposed to be a new system but found out it wasn’t. I’m not a tech guy I wanna be but I’m not and I was not happy that not only did I just buy a security system missing a cable needed to hook up the hhd it was missing the hhd. All the while I find out that like a good security system it requires a username and password to get system started and they already did that already also and I didn’t have either. After reading all these horrific customer service reviews I was ready to give up because I have had some horrible customer service. It took a minute because you have to sign up and then leave a message on a chat room or something like that. I’m no computer guy. They respond the next day and they figured out what cord and hhd I needed and walked me threw system rest and all got done quick so I had it up and installed before vacation. We are a nervous wreck when we are on vacation. This system is great and it notifies me of any movement in any camera. I can watch live from pretty much anywhere. I am baffled by these horrific reviews and I am completely satisfied with the customer service I have received and will always buy Annke. Only regret is I should have got wireless. Getting good power at all locations is better than running wires. Spend the extra money for wireless you will thank me. Thanks Annke for great customer service and a awesome product.

For the price we paid for the unit it Works great for my business so far. I had a issue with being locked out of my system due to our password management and employee issue and annke tech support helped me until the issue was fully resolved. Satisfied customer so far:)

Complete shambles of a company.
The product is OK UNTIL YOU GET A PROBLEM - THERE IS NO SUPPORT, NO PHONE NUMBER, NO WAY TO RAISE A TICKET, NOTHING.
I can't access the video files, my neighbour got burgled but it won't let me see the video because it doesn't recognise my password even though I have it written down and have used it previously.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A PASSWORD ON VIDEO REPLAY?
AVOID, BUY A REAL ONE INSTEAD

I have bought this over a year ago and I can’t acsess the app from my phone and I can’t see anything always saying offline. I have emailed them they took few days to respond and still didn’t work.
I wish I didn’t purchase this brand. I wasted my money for nothing.
