The worst service ever. Stay away from this company.
I placed an order, try to reach the company with no response. Eventually, after delay the sent me a massage the item delivered.
Nothing arrived and now they still hold my money.
Anyone who had similar problems with then and want to join me to legal action- more than welcome

I ordered Lottie Hoodie in grey. After first wash in machine at 30 C degrees (as I am suppose to wash it as it says on Anine Bing website) my sweater was on one part full of pill. So thats about the quality they are presenting.

The worst possible service and respect for simple customers through Anine Bing webshop. I order from Europe (Sweden). Waiting is ok BUT this type of waiting is waiting for 2 weeks for 1. Robot writing I must wait until system is updated plus their summer holiday. Robot says: it can not answer even when they plan to send package. Worst: package is not sent or even in process after 2 weeks and I still have no answers on WHEN they will do anything about my order! Usa: I Will not order anything from you online and especially not fashion Anine Bing. Robot fashion next? Well, the level is poor customer treatment! Maybe you Think it sells but not here for me.

I have ordered a few items from AB and they take up to one week before they are delivered. Some of the items are really poor quality compared to the price. €200 for a tee dress with a vague print, nothing like the picture on the website, is almost a crime!
Further, I requested to return three items. I waited more than one week to get a UPS return label and one week after they have recieved the returned items there is still no sign of the amount on my bank account. For products that are clearly over-priced you would expect a seamless shopping and return experience!

Lovely clothing, but bad customer service.
I've ordered from Anine Bing before and never had a problem however this was not the case on this occasion.
I ordered two weeks ago. Originally I was told there would be a delay of 3-5 days on shipping due to a system update - this was fair enough and waiting 3-5 days was not a problem. I then began to chase via email as I still had not received shipping confirmation.
I had a generic we're sorry response and was told it was due to ship at the end of the week. The end of the week had passed still nothing, chased again, same generic response.
I then 13 days after originally ordering had an email from Parcel force, hours before then receiving a shipping notification. It would have been nice to have been given a date when it would ship, wasn't kept up to date very well.
The item itself is nice, quite pricey for what it is, but comfortable and hopefully will last.

I have been trying to a returns label from AB EU. I bought a T-shirt online via the EU website. Be weary of ordering online via EU website, they do not supply you with a returns form and you have to request via email, both email and online chat is rubbish! I have been waiting nearly a week now...and it is eating into my 14 days return period. I have been fobbed off the 2nd time of waiting for returns label and advice. Just email me the PDF returns form. I am even willing to pay for the returns!!! I am so disappointed AB. This is Winnie from Vintage Heirloom BTW who supplied you with free Chanel bag back in the day...

Really terrible customer service - which is shocking considering the money an average customer spends on their website. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund and returned immediately, provided proof of postage etc and they provide incredibly generic holding emails to delay a refund. I love the clothes but would suggest ordering off a stockist and not directly.

A very bad experience to shop online at Anine Bing. They do not send a return label with the package to Europe. You have to ask for it and I have now waited for a week to receive it. Return goods must be shipped to Belgium within 14 days if you wish to return it and get your money back but it can not be done if you have to wait for more than one week for reply.

Don’t ever spend your money here! I ordered a cami and tee, both damaged when I received them. One had a hole in it, the other had stitchings out on the back. Very poor quality! I emailed customer service who would process a full refund AND shipping costs. I wrote to them twice to make sure they covered my shipping costs and they assured me. When they received the items, I got my refund for my order but not for the shipping. I contact them (and I attach a screenshot of the email saying they will refund my shipping costs) and they tell me it’s not possible but they can offer me a gift card to their webshop for the 25€ I put out for shipping. There are no items on their webshop for 25€ so actually they’re forcing me to spend more money in their webshop as compensation. I’m shocked and I never expected this kind of treatment at Anine Bing. I have several Anine Bing items in my closet but I will NEVER spend my money on any of their items ever again. I’m not even sure I’m gonna wear the items I already have again. Filling their loyal customers with lies and not caring for them or respecting them. How can a company justify this way of treating customers?! If this is the way they do business it’s only a matter of time. Very bad karma! Further more customer service was very slow responding to my emails at first. I’m disappointed, frustrated and appalled!!

I bought a pair of boots on sale. They sent me the wrong size. I had to mail Them a lot of times before anyone answered. They did’nt have the right size. And did’nt offer to sent the money back. I wrote that I wanted the money back. Then I had to pay the shipping costs for the return. I did’nt hear from Them. Then I wrote again to hear about my return. I got the money back but not for the shipping costs. I’ve written Them twice to ask about that. But NO answer. Today I wrote on their Instagram. Big surprise. Now they have blocked me. So don’t risk to loose money. Stay away from aninebing.com.
