Ordered and paid for a prescription online, payment was taken, prescription was emailed across. A day later I was then asked to send the original prescription in post, which I did (at my expense).
Two days later receive an email advising no stock and will have to refund! Do not see how they can have an item in stock online and take your money and then two days later say they haven't got the stock!!
Now have to wait for my prescription to be returned in the Post until I can order my pets prescription elsewhere...causing delay in my pet receiving the urgent treatment he needs!!!!
Furthermore now waiting on refund to clear, so several days out of pocket!!!! No apology, no offer of a credit for the inconvenience... Disgraceful service.

I have to say that the entire team here were remarkable in their efforts to help treat my treasured Bichon. The flexibility and product knowledge, combined with a simple but clever ordering system is impressive to say the least. I now feel comfortable that my dog and myself are being looked after to the highest standards possible. The very worst customer service.
System doesnt work properly, customer is blamed. Rude staff, delays to medication. It is truly awful, when it could be quite a useful service.

Made a order and payed. After nearly a week there was a email saying 2 of the 3 products I had ordered had been cancelled and was not in stock, this is ridiculous they were both in stock when I ordered and they took my money. The cat food I ordered is a special food and cannot be bought in the shops so I had to mess about ordering from somewhere else, this service is unacceptable when people rely on vet diet food for their pets health condition. I wont be buying from Animed ever again because I cannot risk my 14 year old health not been able to get food for him.

Terrible service. Waited nearly 2 weeks for the medicine. After several emails and telephone calls ( when you could get through) the medicine arrived this morning ! Account was not updated on line when I wanted to find out the progress. So all in all a very dissatified custmer. The fact they upgraded the standard delivery to 1st Class Royal Mail was a bit of a help. But as a new customer I am wondering whether to return.

Great for ordering prescriptions for our dogs. We get the prescription from our vet for £8.10 and then order online. It works out so much cheaper.

Took weeks from order to getting prescription medication delivered. The most irritating aspects of the service that I encountered from Animed Direct were: over 50 minutes on hold waiting in the queue to speak to customer services; unable to say what service would be used for delivery when they were able to dispense the prescription; emails every evening after customer services lines were closed for the day telling me there was an unspecified problem with my order; no response to emailed queries; a request to email the prescription despite them needing a paper copy to dispense the controlled drug.
I accept that Royal Mail lost the first prescription which was the main cause of delay but Animed Direct should have helped not aggravated this.

Set up a scheduled order for a prescription. The service worked fine for one month. The service has now failed and I am now chasing for medication. I was told that the payment failed but unsure as to why as there were adequate funds in my account. I received an email on the 20 sept stating that the order has been placed and no further notifications to say there was an issue

very disappointing! I received no email confirmation for the order, there was an issue with the prescription I uploaded, which I found out after spending a long time on the phone waiting for an operator, they never sent an email to warn me. I've had to have the order cancelled and replaced through the phone, spend money on a new bottle at the vet, that is expensive, plus the £20 fee the vet charged to issue the prescription in the first place. So, I'm sure that if you order a month in advance and stay on top of it, you'll get your prescribed medication in time. I wish they had warned me.

Ordered twice & had trouble both occasions. Paid for special shipment but it was delivered to wrong address & I ended up hunting down the neighbourhood to locate my package. 2nd occasion - my order was partially fulfilled when all the items I ordered were listed as available originally. Which meant I had to reorder and pay for another shipping cost. Order from Animed at your own risk.

Website orders not processed but customer not made aware until goods not delivered. Terrible when both pets on veterinary food only. Has happened twice now.
Recent attempts to get through to customer services involved waiting on hold for in excess of 35 minutes to speak to someone.
Used this supplier for years and used to be so reliable. Unacceptable now, will not be using again.

Terrible experience. Ordered two scalibor collars to take away with us when we travel in Europe. The collar is meant to last 6 months however they are out of date after 2 months from delivery - clearly old stock. Emailed twice for advice and spent over an hour on 2 occasions to try and speak to someone to get the matter resolved as still not managed to speak to anyone. Their returns policy doenst allow the product to be returned - a complete waste of £40.
