It's not that bad, I see where they coming from as far as an investigation into my theft claim. I mean who wants to lose $5000 certainly not this company. What I can not understand is why they are saying I have stuff I already claimed I lost. Maybe when they came to residence responding the very next day with cameras and taking pictures they mistook a phone and eyeglasses I had on the table as those missing. Who doesn't have an extra pair of eyeglasses or phone. That's ok I have receipts for those. But when even the supervisor, Marvin Konkle, is not being very nice and writing endless insuanations in his emails to me. I know I am not going to going to continue seeking services from them. Yes, you, Amica , I did all the paperwork you asked me and followed up with the police authority, as you requested I even stood up till midnight to talk with the officers. I thought maybe I would get this done before a months time . I am living one star because of the previous claims adjuster helped me with a $2500 claim, speedy and courteous. But that adjuster was from the auto department. I'd want to see something more like that from my renter's insurance department.
