Ordered Ivermec (Normectin band) received Aspen Ivermax... I trust that it's the same but not what I ordered.

Poorly packed, it's damaged the package

Canceled my order when they asked for information that I didn't feel comfortable giving and when I called twice there were people speaking to each other in a language I didn't recognize. I understand several languages and this wasn't anything I understood.

Unfortunately I’ve been waiting for my order for two weeks and still have not received it. Although when I called the rep was very nice and told me that the package had five a day later but I have still not received it.
