I think we've found the engagement ring we're looking for. I reached out to customer service for help and got a response in less than 24 hours! And the coolest thing is that they have the Try at Home option which I'm going to use. I'll let you know how it all turned out! :)

Worst experience of my entire life. Every single one star review....that’s what happened to me. They swapped my choice of VVS2 diamond to some crap you can literally see 2 huge cracks inside the diamond. VVS stands for (Very VERY secluded) unless you work for Allurez, then it means Very Very SHADY!! These people try to tell you that you can’t cancel your order for ANYTHING! 24 hour or not. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card because these shady thieves tried to charge me $3,000+ and give me zero product. Once I disputed the charges as well as send an e-mail their CEO, the ring was send to me within hours! Crazy how the ring was ordered July 31st, told it was “scheduled” to deliver by the 10th of August and somehow still don’t have a finished or quality product. The ring came AFTER the charge was already reversed. lol These people will lie to you, steal your money and provide you with zero customer service. They are disrespectful and laugh at the fact of you getting ripped off. They constantly claim “we’re trying to work with you” when clearly all you want, is to not have any business or contact with these people ever again. Ashely, Jocelyn were both unbearable to deal with. They constantly lie telling you, “supervisor is busy”, “supervisor isn’t available”. I asked who was their supervisor and I was told “Jessica”. No last name huh? They replied “we can’t give you that information”...So I guess any Jessica can be the supervisor. Jessica has been reviewed before as a customer service rep. Not a manager. They won’t let you talk to anyone above the customer service thieves. Just the couple girls who constantly transfer you among each other with no intention of actually contacting a manager or supervisor. I honestly believe these people work in a closet and have no overhead. The company is registered as a “restaurant” on an online source for the business. Customer service reps are a couple people who make life anything but easy. Talked to a lady named “Rachael” who literally told me she was the “one of very few managers” but somehow is the customer service rep for their online chat! Talk to these incompetent liars long enough and you’ll see for yourself. BTW, the ring they sent me, wasn’t anything like what I ordered, had skipped my engraving completely, KNOWINGLY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLUREZ FOR ANY REASON. They won’t give you any information once they have your money. They push you around to trade the diamonds you pick to lesser diamonds and act like they are “upgrading you”. I ordered an 0.71carat, E clarity, VVS2, EXCELLENT CUT, with perfect symmetry diamond for my ring. They claimed to be upgrading me in clarity to a D but taking me down to an unsymmetrical, with STRONG florescence and a 0.70carat. I told Ashley about another diamond on their site that I was interested in. She claimed she would send me the GIA info for the diamonds I picked AS WELL AS the diamond she claimed the “jeweler said would fit better”. Excuse me. What? How? I could go on for hours about the things said and mistreatment of me as a paying customer. Just save yourself and run away! I was robbed and taken advantage of and I hope this prevents you from doing the same. Anything above a one star was definitely written by their own employees. Not hard to tell after dealing with them.

My fiance bought a engagement ring back on 5/7/2020. We didnt receive it until 7/7/2020 area. For over two months we were told every week it will be mailed Friday.. two months passed and we finally received it upon, receiving it we opened it and it came in the wrong size and missing stones. Ok, so I shipped it back because, it only fit my pinky talk about embarrassing, getting purposed to and the ring not fitting ... we shipped it back for them to resize it and fix the stone. We put a complaint in and it was overlooked completely.. theu didn't see a issue woth any of that blamed it on covid.. No one pays that kind of money to have one of the most important moments of their life ruined. So they shipped it back after they shipped it back low and behold it was never fixed still missing stones. Now it is the rings third time being shipped back because, we never received it not damaged. It would be a beautiful ring if they actually, cared about what they crafted but nope.. now it is August and I still don't have the ring he purchased in May. Customer service laughs like I hope they get it right this time ... it makes me really angry. They are full of excuses.. they won't give you refunds because it is a crafted ring.. well...sorry but, you crafted it for someone that is a 6 3/4 not the 8 we ordered. If it comes back anything wrong im fighting the charges. My suggestion, save yourself the heartache shop else where they don't care. Don't do it to yourself. We are going on four months and still don't jave our ring put together without broken and missing stones.

They sold me a defective ring with a missing stone. I then had to pay for shipping out of my own pocket for their lack of quality assurance.
They finally return the ring without providing the tracking number nor coordination. The package was being delivered at the most inopportune time and kept getting missed.
I worked with Rojan to have the package held at the depot only to find out it wasn't there when I arrived. Package was going to be shipped back to NY but luckily we worked something out.
Since my purchase I still haven't received the appraisal but I do finally have the ring at least. They don't respond to emails and you always get a voicemail. They never even apologized for the initial lack of QC. Senior management never contacted me even after making numerous requests.
Even their website is shady.. Only positive reviews on theirs. I should have looked around.. I would have returned it if it wasn't already presented as a gift.

The selection of jewelry was great. The shopping cart process was confusing. At first it didn't let me enter my address but asked if I was ready to submit my order (how would you know where to send it?). At no point did it give me an approximate delivery date, which is very important to me with this gift.
