the company itself was very accommodating when I had to change my dates due to emergency with my husband. I only have them 4 stars because the movers were very rough on my furniture. Scrapes on expensive wood furniture and other furniture. Should have been wrapped. Broken wheels on different furniture. Tool chest bent frame, I could go on.

The moving aspects were great. Packing and delivery were flawless. There was no damage to anything. I had two other issues. First, the estimate I got for the move was way below the actual cost. It was almost double what I was quoted. Some of this was due to my adding some additional boxes to the move. But the cost of extra packing material was way over the original estimate. Second, I gave three weeks notice for delivery and was given a two day window. The delivery was 4 days late.

I had items moved from Texas to Colorado, since I will be retiring soon. Over the course of 9 months, my children moved all the fragile or family treasures, so nothing too valuable was moved by All State. At the Texas end, they picked up crates of my shoes, clothes and a few pieces of furniture my Dad made that I plan on refinishing anyway. It went well enough at the Texas pickup end. Lots of customer service support and communication. The delivery end was a different story. They subcontracted out to Rodeo moving who got the delivery truck stuck in a ditch outside my daughter's home and it sat there overnight until they could get help. That meant they were late getting to my son's house. Though everything was labeled where it should go AND I provided a spreadsheet of where stuff should go (daughter or son's house), and had stuff in piles by location, they still took stuff to the wrong house. So, we will have to get my pickup truck and move some stuff back and forth to get stuff where it should have been from the beginning. I will tap into my kids' friends to help with that effort. There was some confusion and unhappiness about delivery dates and times. It was a moving target constantly and the kids had to make plans to have someone at the house only to find out at the last minute the date had changed. This is a problem with working people who do not have unlimited vacation and must give reasonable time to their boss to take a day off. In any case, I did get extra moving insurance and in time, the kids will be able to laugh at it. Still, I would use them again, but am not sure my kids would participate again.

The part I love about my recent moving from Ohio to New York is the professionalism of the workers who picked up and drop of my staff. They handled the furniture professionally and they have a friendly personality to tell them what we want.

Great people, they kept on top of things, the contractors were professional and courteous. If I move again they'b be my first call.

Our move went well, but there were a few communication issues. We were told that someone would do a "walk-thru" of our house prior to the move to get a more accurate price. Never happened. Prior to the move we were assured by three different people from Allstate that the packers would be there on Sunday, even after we questioned it. Never showed. No one at Allstate to talk to Sunday either. Wasted a day waiting. On Monday, however, the mover called and showed up around 11:00. They packed and loaded all in one day, a long day, they left around 11:00 pm. Very nice people and they did a very nice job. They got to our new location around 5 pm the next day and were completely unloaded in a few hours. Everything was there and so far nothing appears to be broken or damaged. A very good mover (Route 66 movers, I believe). Price was pretty much as expected. Not sure we got as much value from the broker as I would have expected, given the misinformation about the packing and their lack of availability when we did have issues. Allstate did follow up on Monday to the messages we left on Sunday.

All Stae is not a moving company but coordinates the move with the actual movers. All State was very professional, friendly, and actively involved in the process. Although we were not overly thrilled with the company they chose the move went relatively smoothly and All State was there every step of the way. We even came in under the estimate!

I recently used All State Van lines for a move of two plus rooms of furniture from Asheville NC to Yardley PA. I am very happy with the customer service that I received. Everything was communicated to me in a timely fashion. They were in regular contact with me and responded to emails and phone calls quickly. When I discovered last minute that they could not get a large truck into the pick up location, even though they asked me multiple times if they could and I said yes, they were able to swap trucks and bring in a smaller truck, with no change to the estimate. Speaking of estimates, we adjusted the furniture list a few times but in the end, their estimate was over by only a few pounds and I actually paid less than I expected at delivery. I saw many reviews with people claiming they underestimated and then they were charged extra at delivery. This was NOT the case with my job, 11260671-06. Would I use them again? YES. Would I recommend them to a friend? YES.

Company stayed in contact with me during the entire process. Arrived within timeframe on both times. The 10-15 items the company packed were packed good. The rest of the items that I had packed were all placed in the truck with care.

The Experience was pretty good overall, only one small item was broken, and probably due to the way I packed it.
I was told that the amount due would not be over a certain amount, it was.
I was told that they would be delivering Monday or Tuesday, they came on Thursday.
The movers were extremely proficient in the packing, all three of them.
The delivery people were also awesome, they put everything right were they were going, made sure we could get to and work on the boxes without any problems at all.
The people in the office knew what they were talking about when helping me with the move.

The movers arrived late in the afternoon to pack up the house and they never left until 10:00 at night, I think that is an unreasonable time to be loading their truck. The men themselves were very nice and worked hard both loading and unloading belongings.

The 2 men that moved my entire house were the most careful gentlemen I have ever dealt with in moving. I have moved 13 times in 10 years and have used several other moving companies that always resulted in a negative experience. These guys stick with you 100% of the way and they have incredible customer report. I will specifically request the 2 guys from MO again any time I move again. They were amazing.

To my satisfaction their Great customer service kept me aware of my shipment from pickup to delivery.

We moved from Indianapolis to Las Vegas. All State Van Lines made our move mostly painless. As far as moving can go. They kept in constant contact to make sure we knew how everything would work. They arrived in a timely manner and were fairly nice. Because they charge by weight our actual cost was much less than our quote which was a relief. Everything arrived and nothing was broken. I would recommend all state to anyone moving across the country.

The guys were great while moving. The unloading was very professional. Every thing was set up correctly. Very professional.

The man who relocated me was extremely nice, quick and efficient!!! But for the price I paid, I should have had a better trailer!! The trailer that was used was leaking water! I hope that nothing was damaged! I was expecting a semi truck with a semi trailer attached!! And it was pouring down rain in Arkansas when the family heirlooms were picked up!!
