This is not a negative review as I received support regarding the post I made below. However, I have tried to rebook for summer 2021 and mentioned my booking reference in the comments section as requested, but was still asked to pay £75. Surely if the deposit is being transferred from this year's booking I shouldn't have to pay anything. Please advise as I know this is read sooner than emails that are sent. Thank you.

I used All Camps to book our holiday this year (for the 2nd time) as they offer a great choice of campsites and a good selection of accommodation on each site. We booked Lanterna Premium Camping Resort in Croatia and the campsite was just as advertised and perfect for our family stay, full of entertainment, restaurants and great swimming pools with flumes. The reason for only giving 3 stars is because I had difficulty paying the balance of the holiday online and staff told me payment over the phone might not be successful.
The worst part of the stay was the checkin (and check out). This would have been made easier if All Camps booking documents were more detailed. I drove around the campsite looking for the All Camps checkin desk. The campsite is huge and has multiple checkin desks/offices for all different agencies (but no All Camps). After several attempts, a different check in on site told me that our stay was actually booked with Drago Tours... This name was no where to be found on the paperwork. Then they have very restricted checkin/checkout times which are not advised on the booking confirmation either. Other than this, we had an excellent stay on a very well maintained and equiped campsite. Thank you All Camps

Booking with Allcamps doesn't guarantee your booking is available. Once you book you're tied in, even before your deposit is paid. If you wish to cancel, even before you pay a deposit, the cancellation fee is equal to the deposit due. That being siad, great value for money and the customer service London were so helpful, polite and friendly.

On the basis that Allcamps broker, there could be a misunderstanding that dates are actually available when they are not. This might be interpreted as a false inducement to gain business by offering alternative dates when if the preferred dates were not available customers would not interact with yourselves from the outset. Having said that customer service were quick, friendly & efficient once dates were agreed.
