Very poor experience so far. My Aug 2020 holiday cancelled due to coronavirus (understandably) I changed the booking to Aug 2021 to be informed last week by all camps they have cancelled our booking and we are not eligible for a refund. When questioning this I have been told I must wait 3 weeks for a reply ??

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for any bookings. They have tried to force me to pay the full amount for a June departure date to Italy. They will not give me back my deposit. They say they need to pay people at the sites but that is what their insurance should do. They will not give me my money back. Do not trust them. They will send you a big email reply that will say nothing. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. Get every consumer protection agency you know onto them. They are money grabbers. Repeat, DO NOT USE. Write a review on every site about them taking money from people and not giving it back.

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!!!!!!
Paid to go to Villanova park with them on 19th May, all camps have cancelled it and told me I’m not entitled to any refund!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thieving company, I will not accept a voucher and I want my money back, I advise everyone who’s left review here to contact the travel association and consumer rights to complain about these fraudsters!!!!!!!
We need to make a stand to get our OWN hard earned money back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful service from allcamps, paid deposit and first installment but need to cancel as no flights, now allcamps want more money, not legally correct and will not provide refunds, all my colleagues travelling to other campsite have been offered refund and with some already receiving their money into their account.
Then you ask for private email to explain, why not explain on trip advisor openly showing your customers how you do business

I emailed as per their cancellation policy to cancel the accomodation, knowing I would lose 60% of the total, but also knowing I could claim that on my insurance. Wanted 40% back in my bank.
They then emailed me a voucher for the full amount, claiming they were doing me a favour as I wouldn't loose my money!
Now won't accept that I cancelled them, keep saying they have cancelled. And now can't get through on the telephone.
Would book for next year but incredibly, the same accommodation during the same week is now £500 more! Thats over double what I paid originally. they must think I am stupid. Will be seeking legal advice,

Very disappointed with All camps approach in relation to COVID 19.
Have been told our best option is to pay the remaining balance of our holiday - are they for real ?? What if they go into administration - what happens to the value of the so called "CORONA VOUCHER" then ???
Also we have to base our decision on whether flights go ahead in July or not - if we pay full balance and camp site is open but flights are not operational , we lose the full balance
All camps are not offering any further options which is very unethical in my opinion.

Do Not Book a holiday with Allcamps unless you know 100% that you can get there and the site/country isn't in lockdown. We were due to travel to france may half term but due to the covid 19 outbreak and the fact my husband is very high risk and not able to book a ferry we rang to cancel only to be told we will receive a cancellation fee or pay the full amount and if they cancel they would send us a voucher. When we emailed to cancel they emailed back asking we were sure we want to cancel. If we or anyone has a voucher how could Allcamps promise or honour it if they go into receivership, they have everyone's hard earned money on the bank, bank rolling the big bosses.
Totally discussed with there attitude at this time. We have lost just under £100 which we can't afford at the moment as we are family of 4 and I'm the only one still working as a key worker.

Absolute disgrace, refusing to repay my deposit if the holiday is cancelled saying pay the full outstanding amount on time, and accept their 'corona voucher' or lose everything.
Totally ignoring ABTA Regulations and imposing new Terms and Conditions on my booking of November 6th 2019.

Paid deposit and first payment, asked for a refund as not able to travel with the cov-19 and dont want to take the chance with a young kid. They said i have to pay balance of 900 and if it is the same situation when going to travel they will give me credit for next year. I wont be able to go away next year and was asking about cancelling accomadation, and they said i can cancel but at a cost of 450euro in additional of what i have paid so far. Wont be booking again through all camps. Thank you and goodbye

Very easy website to use and simple booking process. However, an issue occurred while on site and received no assistance from all camp representatives. Upon return home contacted all camp regarding issue while on hols, failed to deal with our issues and little success with their complaint department. You will have a great time on hols just hope nothing goes wrong as your on your own !!

Very unhelpful with requests to have my lodge near to the main buildings due to my sons disability.
Also unable to take my credit card payment because they cant send a code to an historic phone number.

I have tried making a booking with this company twice on their website. Both times they have come back saying that the 10 night stay is not available but the 11 night stay is; Each time I have made it clear we are not available for a 11 night stay but Allcamps want us to pay an extra £220 to secure a 11 night stay that we do not want as we cannot get flights on those days.
Getting the same ploy twice disgusts me. If the website was showing availability when I tried to book it, then it should be available. This seems a lowlife tactic to make pure profit when they know we cannot arrive on those dates.
Don't fall for this money making ploy. We didn't and would advise another booking agent.
