i have oredered goods from them on the 26th of november 2020 todays date is 25.01.2021 still haven't received anything. When ever i contact them they cllaim order is on the way but it never arrives on the timeline they promise and everytime i called them they come up with all sort of excuses. And when i want my money back they say it will take 15 business days to issue the return. Thats a fraud. Do not buy anything from this website!

How I will give review if from 3 placed order I just received only 1. When I received 2 box's, one of them was empty, with out any explanation. It means from 3 order receive 1 and another 1 was empty box, and 1 order still on the way.

I did not receive my order. There was a mistake because the shipping company was directed to the wrong address and my orders were sent back to you. I didn't like it at all.

Delivery came after 2 and half months later which is a long wait not good

i have ordered 2 months ago and still hasnt received my order. firstly they didnt have it in stock then now it should have been delivered 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. i will not order again

dont send carpet but charged money .Can not contact seller either

I ordered two carpets and it took more than two months. They have shipped them but there’s no any detail on what’s happening or where my cargo is. I do not recommend this platform.

I placed my order 12. 12. 2018 by I received them 8. March. Every time I called them to ask where my order was, they told me I would receive it in 3 weeks, which didn't happen.

When I finally got my order it wasn't fully intact. There were broken coffee cups and teaspoons. The glasses are pretty thin and the design on them are so poorly made half of it washed of... even though I washed everything by hand, with a soft sponge...

It doesn't look as if I bought a brand new set of glasses and carafe... they old and worn out.

Would not recommend ordering from them...

If I could give Them 0 Stars i would. I have waited 2 months for my order. I have been paitent with them. Now they tell me that they dont have my things from the order, and i have to order new things that i dont have any interrest in buying (and Pay more) gtfuh. And now they place an new order for me to pay!! I am angry. Now i have to contact my bank to get my money back 314 euro!!! The worst shop ever!!!

I received my parcel 3 days later than i should have received it. I was supposed to pay on the door, whereby the courier service had not requested for money and stated that the balance was NIL (£0).

I knew this was incorrect so I phoned them and told them I have not paid for the products. They told me I had to go the bank to make payment, causing many inconvenience hence why i initially chose to pay on the door. I received no apology and no goodwill gesture discount for my honesty. I could have easily not paid for it and made sure i had no comebacks.
I will make sure that i do not use this site again unless they give me some sort of discount for the inconvenience caused.
