1 month after joining, a 5% price hike in the insurance price with less than 1 month notice, to push people into another payment method.. Certainly not what I would expect from a company that cares about keeping their customers.

When I called to declare an accident last week on Tuesday 2th February 2016, the waiting time was too long, but the assistant with whom I spoke was nice. However she was supposed to get in touch with me, to let me know if the second party's insurance is agreed to pay for the damage made to my car by its client. It's been almost 10 days since I called, and I still didn't get any answere from Alka's assistant. I'm very disappointed, as I have to call again and wait too long to get connected to Alka's client service

I had a quite bad experience with them when I had to ask about the last payment, when my membership was cancelled. The guy working in the customer service had a really bad attitude towards me, even though i spoke danish, but he could hear that i had an accent so he tried to undermine me, and kept reminding me that I am no more a customer. I asked to speak with his colleague because i felt really bad, but he refused that. After this experience I will not come back to this insurance company and will try to share my bad experience with as many people as possible. Racist workers should not do customer service.
