Hired me to test small appliances from home but had me shipping electronics and clothing to Russia
Got hired by a company called Aldi Quality Control on Sept. 9th. They claimed I would be testing new small kitchen appliances and household items for new manufacturers, instead they started shipping me digital cameras, watches, electric shavers, clothing, etc. in other people names including my name.
They then have me take a picture of the item and send them a report of what the item is. They then send me a USPS online label which.
I have to download and attach to the package and reship it to a new person most of it is going to Russia or South America. Told me that I should ship each package from different Post Offices as they are set up now and are starting a new program with the Post Offices to see what the turn-times are. The USPS labels say Gift on them so I know that it's not going to any type of business. Why would it say Gift? It's a scam to use me as a mule. I ask for my salary of $640.00 and I have yet to get it. I know this is a scam and a very big ring of people. The company claims to be in New York but I've done searches on NY Secretary of State's Website and there is no such company. I also searched for their Privacy company listed on their Website, Spectrum Quality Monitoring and again, same thing, no such company. I've also searched for both companies on NYCgo.com and again, no companies found. They claim that they are in Flushing NY but on their Access portal, the times are not the same as they would be here on the East Coast. It's a scam.
