I cannot write a review without selecting one star. But actually it should be zero or negative Stars. Airsplat is only good when the order is perfect and no defect. they have terrible customer service. I have several bad experience with them. One of them is when I ordered a rifle before and everything went smooth because the computer is doing the job. You place an order online, the shipping Department receives it, they put the Box in shipping, and then you receive it and if there's no problems it looks perfect. But I had another experience when I had to deal with customer service and it was a nightmare. I returned an item and I got a around before I got my refund. Somebody named Moses promised me that I will get my refund in 5 to 7 days. After 7 days no refund and when I called back they told me that no refund was processed. I was put on hold for a long time several times and I can't even get to talk to the manager. After 30 days of trying to get a hold of the manager I finally talked to somebody named Sebastian who claimed he was a manager. Then he tells me that there is no refund on the item that I bought. Then I told him that I know their return policy and he better stop playing games with me. He put me on hold for a long time and finally change his story. He said he will process the refund in 5 to 7 days. This company is no different than a mail-order backyard garage. They don't even know their policies. If it takes more than 30 days and several phone calls and headaches for me to get my refund I will never ever do business with them again.

Ordered an item that said was available, applied a coupon code, which seemed like an awesome deal at the time, and never got a confirmation email. Called and they said order is in and will ship 1-3 days. Called a week later and asked and was told it will be shipping later that day. An hour later, got an email saying the item is out of stock and will get a refund. I'm thinking they didn't want to sell me the item at the discount I originally received and just decide to cancel my order. I'm stating this because on all other sites they expressed they cannot apply any coupon code or give further discount because of limitation set by the manufacturer that they can't go beyond a limited price point. I was saving almost $50 from Airsplat with the code applied. That infuriates me... it is the responsibility of the company to correct their 'mistake' and should honor the price agreed upon. If they don't want to go through, tell me asap and not more than a week later. Now I have to worry when the refund will go through and wait from another seller in getting what I should've gotten almost 3 weeks ago.

Ordered an in-stock listed part on 11 Apr. Never received a confirmation email; online account only said 'processing'. Waited 8 days with no contact. I finally called on 19 Apr to find out the status. Spoke to a nice lady who said "oh that's shipping today, we'll send an email with tracking number when it does." 4 days go by, still no part nor tracking number and again zero contact from Airsplat. I call again and now told the part shipped on the 19th and I'm finally sent a tracking number. I check a few days later and USPS website still says "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item". Call yet again and told the part was basically lost and they're trying to figure out what happened. 5 days later and STILL no part nor updates from the company.
Now I'm a patient man but after 3 weeks not once has this company offered to refund my money or send me a replacement part. Worse yet, they have never responded to email. Seems you have to call to get any kind of answer. In all fairness, every time I've called the CS rep has been very polite but holly crap it's frustrating when the customer has to be the proactive one. This was my first time ordering from Airsplat and needless to say, the last.

I ordered a gun that said it was in stock, but received a cancelling email the day after saying it was out of stock. On the email, it said I was going to receive a refund in 3-5 business days, this did not happen. I proceeded to call customer service and the lady on the phone wasn’t really that friendly. I tried to get an update on the refund and told me up to 30 days. I then asked if she could check how is my refund in particular going and told me that she couldn’t answer that, and the person that could, wasn’t there. She then said to call tomorrow. I called once again the next day. The same lady picks up and tells me up to 30 days. I then asked for the guy she mentioned, and immediatly tells me she asked already asked him and he also said 30 days. I mean, yes, but I was asking on my particular status, she could’ve just said that she couldn’t track it instead of making me call again. A month later I get my money back. Lots of miscommunications, annoying process, and not friendly nor knowledgeable customer service. I would not recommend this site.

I bought a well d68 new off the website and received it quickly but when I got the gun and charged the battery I only fired around ten shots and the gun stopped working thinking it was the battery I switched it with another one I had for my other gun and still didn't work I contacted airsplat about the problem via email and Facebook and was told they would send me a new gun at no cost that was two years ago and still never received the gun I tried contacting them several times but never got a response I paid over $100 for a gun that fell apart in under a week way to run a business huh still have the emails and conformation number of original sale.

website has a problem declined my purchase of 65.71 due to a error with shipping and the cardholder, yet they charged me 8x grand total $525.68 for 5 MB4406D mags? When i called the customer support oh wow what a joke!!! "Shena" warrior in a half shelf has manners like no other. Sebastian Rodriguez was the tip of the iceberg tho FORCED me to have a 3 way call with my bank which i did. Then he refused to believe it was a bank employee even with a second teller confirming they were a manager of the bank. These were my sons purchase and with his own money too now with the overdrawn amount i cant get him the gun to go with the mags hes not going to get.
Extremely disappointed with this Sebastian guy absolutely has 0 customer service skills and im shocked hes a supervisor with this attitude... 1 star is a huge step up from what they really deserve.

Placed an order and received no confirmation email or tracking number. Called customer support twice about this and all they did was give me and order number which is completely useless. It's been two weeks and I still don't have what I ordered. This is the first time I've ordered from air splat in years and I can definitely say it is my last.

After I put in my order the system messed up so it never shipped my order. Then Airsplt emailed me they where shipping my order to Ohio which is a state I don't even live in when they never actually shipped my order.

Such a Camera new management of been surfing your website and going into the scrap yard. Seems like really fair deal on the website was easy to use may want to check your coding for your click on put in cart. There was one or two items that I bought that I had to go back and reselect.

Their sale prices were outstanding! My order shipped pretty quick considering how busy they were, but the shipment notification was delayed a few days. Some items in my order were canceled because they were out of stock.

I placed my order on Sunday, I got the kwa atp gas blowback pistol today, Saturday. I was very suprised that it came today but more excited than anything. Great gun, great company. A lot of people dont like Airsplat. My only problem with them was that I never recieved an order confirmation or a tracking number. Would buy from them again in the future. Also i spoke with a few customer service people on the phone, they were very quick and honest.

I placed an order, and emailed them after 5 days for a follow-up because it had not shipped. I was told that the order would go out that day and I would get tracking. The order was not shipped that day, nor the next day, and not even the day after that. At the end of that last day I canceled the order and demanded a refund. A 5 day wait for an order to even ship is absurd, let alone more than a week.

Poor Inventory Management Very High Shipping Costs
I found that several Items I wanted to purchase that were in my cart, were no longer available by the time I went to place my order. This is frustrating given the shipping costs are very high (even for small items). Ordering one or two items at a time is not a viable option (due to high shipping charges). Many companies have inventory systems that will "lock" items for a temporary time while they are in your cart to keep this from happening. That type of database management offers a far superior customer experience. And should be employed by all online retailers during "super sales."
Shipping charges are too high, the sale price makes up for it, but they ARE making money back on shipping (which is a dishonest business practice in my opinion). Up till now this is a "poor" or "2 star" service. It is the below item that leads me to give them a 1.
Finally, when my order arrived, way too slow for the shipping cost (I do give a little slack due to the enormous volume of the sale)... There were several items MISSING. Apparently those items ran out of stock before the filled my order and their website was incorrect on availability. In other words they took payment for items they did not have. There was no communication about this, no warning, nothing at all. I still do not have a refund on these items several weeks later. That should have been THE FIRST THING taken care of when my order was filled for shipping.
It is highly unlikely I would do business here again as I find it important that companies properly manage their inventory and communicate with their customers when they charge for items they cannot actually sell. I will be filing a protest with Discover for the missing items If I do not see a refund in the next few days.
