Unfortunately my Eco Spin has got a small issue after several months of using but fortunately it was still under warranty. I emailed the customer service with a picture of the damage and they promptly replied. Robert was an excellent representative. He took care of my return and replacement immediately and made the entire process a breeze. I feel confident that I will continue to enjoy using their product under such an exceptional customer service.

I got my Avalon Air Fryer back in November. I love using it, but a couple a weeks ago it stop working. I called the service number and the experience was effortless. I was told to send the label from the oven a the plug end of the cord. With in a week I had a new replacement oven. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a portable ice maker from these guys and there was a mix-up on the order where I didn't get the order nor did I get anything from them explaining what was going on. I contacted them via email and they responded relatively quickly and asked that I call them to resolve the issue. At this point I was quite unhappy with how things were going, hence the removal of a star from the rating.
I spoke with Christine in customer service who is the reason they get 4 stars instead of 1 or 2. She quickly looked into it and offered the same model in a different color, which wasn't a big issue for me. I would give her 5 stars and whomever handled my order up to that point no stars.

Had problems with NewAir Al-100S Portable Ice Maker.
Called customer support and spoke with Jose.
I sent e-mail with copy of receipt as requested.
Talk about fast response, less than 1/2 hr.
They are going to replace the ice maker ASAP.

Within 24 hours of emailing the company about my ice maker that was malfunctioning they began the process of sending out a replacement unit. I have no spoken to anyone directly but the person who responded to my emails has been very professional, empathetic and attentive to my request. I have not done business with luma before but they’ve earned my future business based on the no hassle response to my ice maker under warranty.

"WE, AS A ELEMENTARY SCHOOL purchased a NewAIR ICE MACHINE a few month ago for our health room. The screen was not working. I contacted customer service and was promptly replied to by Robert with a solution. Really happy to see this level of efficiency and customer service! HE did everything possible for us to replace our unit and keep our school with ice machine all the time , what is supper important for our school and kids .
This is the best place to do shopping plus Robert is the best person to provide excellent customer service .

Purchased ice maker for my outside bar 2 years ago ....makes perfect fast ice....this year when I turned it in the fill water sensor stopped working...called customer serve....no wait time, live personable representative that knew the product and is shipping me the part with step by step instructions.....you never see that type of customer service anymore.....

My sous vide immersion cooker quit working after 8 months of reliable performance. I contacted the company asking if there was a reset as the device displayed an F1 code. After trying a reset, which did not work, they arranged to send me a replacement unit at no cost. I found customer service to be friendly, responsive and professional. I certainly would buy from this company again.

I purchased service parts for Luma Humidifier. Did not expect they would even had these spare parts, although they had, and they were very proactive to understand what I need and supportive to me with required information.

We purchased an ice maker last year and it worked wonderfully... for just one season. When we tried it again this year, no ice. We contacted customer service and they deserve 5 stars for great, fast customer service. They are sending out a replacement. However, we would not rate the product the same as it only lasted a few months of use and we had to pay for return shipping. Hopefully this new unit will have more years to it.

Christine in customer service has provided very good service. Communication is important and she provided fast honest answers. The product that i purchased did not work properly. It was inoperative when it arrived. A new Pump should be on its way to me soon. I have to repair the Cooler myself. That's better than shipping it back. Hopefully i will have a working item soon.

Trust the brand and it's products. Their customer service has always been helpful even when I'm outside of warranty. I had an issue where I actually damaged the product and they helped me get parts for it so that I could repair it on my own instead of having to buy a new product!
