I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Ordered something over two weeks ago, not been dispatched (which is fine as I knew would be a delay) but has now dropped in price. Adidas won’t meet current price even though I don’t have the item & won’t cancel my order so I can reorder again. Customer service is appalling. Really disappointing.

I bought a pair of Stan Smith shoes/trainers for my adult son around 10 months ago, for coaching purposes. They were treated with respect and only used a few times per week. They were either faulty on purchase or of poor quality, as one of the soles has completely come away. I contacted customer services about a month ago in order to rectify this issue and have been trying to deal with them ever since. They are simply clueless! Not only do they keep sending me messages with repeating requests (requests that I have already answered) but they have now decided to address me by another name, (a fictional character!) and will only converse with this fictional character. What a farce this company is! I will never purchase from Adidas again.

Made a purchase on the Adidas site, order was never shipped. I spoke to them several times on the phone, call centre staff were hopeless and did not seem interested or able to resolve the issue. It apparently takes 48 hours to get a response from the warehouse. Totally woeful service, usually order from Nike and I have never had any issues with them. In future I will buy their products from other retailers. I wait to receive my refund, I wont hold my breath. I was also supposed to get an email to confirm refund, still waiting.

Clearly I was duped with the brand name which I normally by from a 3rd party merchant such as JD etc. Like some customers I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I have had an awful customer experience and service with adidas from pretty much the start. I have made numerous calls to chase my order up to be sent back and forth with incorrect advice and guidance with my order. Never received it or told when it was arrived and still waiting on refund with no emails to update me. The last email I got was on the 5th October to say my order had been received by parcel force on the 5th October when my order was placed on the 28th. Called on the 8th October to be told my parcel was delivered on the 30th September. Not informed that my parcel after 7 days gets sent back- so when I go to the collection post office they have told me they do not have it. Call again on the 11th October to be told its been received by adidas and in process of a return and still had no updatres since and to be honest at this point I just wanted my money back. I rang today on 16th October to speak to a supervisor called Ruth who was extremely rude and provided me with the most awful customer experience ever causing me anxiety and I suffer from depression already and this did not help with her patronising comments and talking over me., She did not listen attentively and challenged me constantly rather than providing me with a reasonable resolution or compensation or something to show my custom was valued. The staff need proper training and need to stop lying to customers and adidas need better systems to update customers. I have given feedback and gone through necessary channels to resolve this in the hope I get my £83 back. Absolutely appalled. I wouldn't even bother buying directly from these merchants.

Terrible service. Took my order knowing full well they had none in stock but order said estimated ship date following week which was fine. It then changed to the week after, now it's estimated shipping date has changed to the date I ordered it. After spending 20 mins on hold I was told they cannot cancel the order but the "system" would cancel it after 21 days if there was still no stock. So apparently no human has the ability to cancel orders. Also refund would also take between 5 and 10 working days which is ridiculous. Avoid adidas UK at all costs!

The customer service provided by this company is abysmal and I shall never purchase from them again. Their couriers lost my parcel and dispite Adidas recieving confirmation from their couriers that my parcel had been lost they still refused to refund my payment or offer any type of compensation. They would not respond to any of my complaints and I eventually had to raise a claim with Paypal in order to get my payment back.

Purchased a bag from Adidas in August, by the end of September it was falling apart.
Contacted their so called customer care line, what a joke, no resolution, and they tried to deny I had purchased from them!
Was advised to email them, what another joke, I’m still despite 4 emails awaiting a returns label.
Avoid, I thought Adidas were a trusted brand! What a joke!

I have been dealing with Adidas UK customer service since August 2018, regarding 3 separate fraudulent transactions that amount to £272.85 that were stolen from my account, i have sent every single piece of information to adidas that they have required, all the proof, fraud Scotland reference number, police reference number whom I reported the fraud to, I have sent the documentation on several occasions, which I have had return emails saying they are dealing with it to give them 5 days to give me the feedback I require? Which is WHO'S EMAIL WAS USED FOR THESE PURCHASES, WHO'S ADDRESS WERE GOODS SENT TO, this is the information I require to prove to THE BANK AND THE OMBUSMAN TO that these transactions were not made by ME,

Delivery service was atrocious. Courier ignored instructions they were given (they admitted the issue was on their end) and resulted in delay of delivery. After spending several hours waiting for a response from them, I contacted Adidas, and received absolutely no help, was told by the service rep it was my fault and that there was nothing they could do. Paid for standard delivery that took extra time and ended up costing me money just to be in to get the delivery. Asked if they'd at least refund the delivery and they refused. Was told they couldn't do anything at all to help me.

Just bought a pair of Adidas “campus” retro trainers after previously buying Adidas “Jeans” retro trainers, and a white pair the model name I forget. I don’t know what’s happened to the sizes but the original trainers were good fitting, comfortable and well made. The new copies of the originals are quite a bit narrower and the inner materials are of a poorer quality.
It a shame that the really good originals have been replaced with a inferior tighter and not so comfy new version.
Bought online direct from Adidas so you have the option to return but I ended up keeping all 3 pairs. Let’s hope the next version of the classics go back to the wider fitting.

Also all Adidas products seem smaller than everybody else. Bought trainers and football boots for my son (size 7.5) and they are definitely no more than a 7 with any other company (Nike et al). I bought golf shoes, again half a size smaller than everybody else. Worth bearing in mind,hence the reason i am calling customer service.....and still waiting.
Also they can't get delivery right. When I ordered delivery was guaranteed for Saturday but,funnily enough, no sign of it and a message from their delivery agents saying delivery is Monday.

I purchased a pair of yeezes, and if you ever had to buy these you know the pain staking process “raffle” nonsense!!! Well in the nervous rush of finally being selected to purchase, I forgot a digit in my post code. I called customer service immediately and was told they will amend it, I called every day after that for 3 days just to confirm. I would like to preface this by saying that I am generally a fan of Adidas products, owning three pairs of shoes from them and more tops and joggers. However my experience during this time has been so awful I am likely never going to buy from them again. I purchased a pair of Swift run shoes online on 9th October where the item was marked ‘in stock’ and ready to be delivered. Unfortunately upon purchasing the item and checking the order status the item said it would be sent out on 22nd October. Adidas have a policy whereby you can only cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it, yet have no issue with you waiting for up to three weeks in the dark with no indication of whether you will receive the product or get a refund (if the item does not come back in stock), not even a simple courtesy email was sent out telling me that the item was not in stock and they were waiting. Having waited patiently until the 22nd I rechecked the order status I was not best pleased that the shipping date had been updated to the next day (23rd). Again, I checked on the 23rd and was horrified to find the shipping had once again updated to be shipped out on 24th. This led to me calling the customer service department twice (In the first instance I was promised by a manager that a ticket would be put through to refund the item, so I would be able to buy some shoes from a more reliable retailer, and was also promised a 40% discount would be sent to me via email within 24-48 hours). The second time was the same circular conversation telling me about their process and saying they were working on the communication between the warehouse team and the website to be more accurate. They also said they would review the recording of the first phone call and, if shown to be the case, would send me the promised 40% discount and send a message to the warehouse to not get them to ship the item. This last telephone correspondence took place on Saturday (26th) afternoon. It is now Friday evening (1st Nov) and I have finally received the item (a somewhat hollow victory) and despite sending two further emails to customer services, have nothing else to show for this inconvenience but a pair of shoes which in most instances would have been delivered three weeks ago. I find it quite shocking that a company with the size and stature of Adidas lack fairly standard etiquette such as being able to unify stock levels in the warehouse to online, do not even have the decency to send you an email as to why items have not been shipped yet, and when you talk to them they supply you with false promises about cancelling orders or sending discounts for such inconveniences. They even have the audacity to ask you to join their creators club when you send them an email to ask where your product is. This ordeal has clearly shown how little Adidas cares for it’s customers and is a big indicator that they only care about their bottom line. As such I will not be purchasing an item from Adidas again and would implore anyone to do the same. There are many businesses out there who actually lift a finger to help their customers if there is an inconvenience, and Adidas is not one of them.

What a terrible customer experience - almost as if Adidas cant be bothered to sell to their customers directly - in which case leave it to retailers who can be bothered! I tried multiple times to place an order on the website to no avail. Phoned customer service, they said use the app as the website doesnt work! Was somewhat annoyed to have to download another app onto phone set it all up etc. App was not very intuitive to use (and I work in the digital design business!). Finally got order placed and was delivered successfully. Then I needed to exchange an item for larger size. The instructions said go to web site. Tried mutiple times - once again it didnt work! Tried the app - it processed the exchange but wouldnt let me print off an exhange returns label. Once again had to phone Customer Service - once again they said the app wasnt working! Spent almost an hour waiting on line for them to print off and email me a returns label - they said their internal systems were slow and in the end said their own internal system wasnt working and to try again another day!!!
