Absolutely rubbish service! When they lose your package, and they will lose your package, you get zero help on their side.
There's no tracking once it gets to them, and even no proof they handled it because there is no picture of the package like with parcel motel.
I had two items arrive on the same day from the same supplier: first item was with me 5 days later, the second has been lost to the void now for 3 weeks without any updates.
I have had them delay a delivery by telling me the sender didn't fully print my account number and they needed time to find the linked account. They informed me of this on a sticker, put right beside the original address label which had my account number printed in full and completely matching the one they had printed on the sticker.
This is now the third item to be delayed or go missing in a short amount of time, so they're out. I won't be giving another penny to them and will be moving back to parcel motel.

Delivery was not attempted, opening hours and locations of collection points are ridiculous for anyone with a fulltime job. Redlivery was down until today, Twitter team said they would forward details in the meantime, they did not. Now redlivery is back up but unavailable with a deadline of collection tomorrow. Absolute sham of a system. If I worked for An Post I'd leave it off my cv for future job applications.

Dismal service. Used it twice & package was lost each time. Customer service is a disaster & you have to chase them every day to get a response and to keep track of your items. My current package that is with them is lost now for almost a month & when i emailed them today for an update they responded by asking me had i not received my package!! Obviously not if im emailing to chase it🙄 avoid avoid avoid

If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely useless service. Stay away from them. Lost over 120 euros worth of packages from the US and no help from AddressPal even though I got a delivery notice that they had received them! USELESS!!!!

Terrifyingly poor service. I bought an expensive item and it was lost for nearly a month, but tracking had said it arrived at addresspal. Their email reply time is totally erratic, sometimes not even replying at all, other times after several days.
Upon ringing customer service the staff sound totally unprofessional and disinterested.
I would highly recommend using parcel motel instead if possible.
Staff in the post office can be impatient and passive aggressive also.

Ive been using Addresspal since October 2017 & Ive never had any issues with their service. Its important to always quote your addresspal id number when purchasing, as if you don't it may take longer to receive your package. Customer service has always been excellent anytime I have used the service. I'll continue to use Addresspal in the future as its necessry to my work and a great service to have.

Appalling service, with complete disregard for the customer. Items taking 4 weeks for deliver when apparently mislabeled (it wasn't). Other deliveries slow and irregular on a good day. No customer service- promised follow up and instead emailed by the warehouse who are entirely unhelpful ...Will never EVER use again... a shambles...could be a good offering...but it isn’t!!!

Never use this service. My addresspal item finally arrived; 1 month after it landed in the hub.
The stickers on it allow me to see two things: 1) it arrived at the hub on time and was signed for, and 2) it was processed to go to my post office and then obviously just left sit in a corner for a month.
Either their hub is badly organised or their automated text system doesn't work.
Customer service is awful, you have to email every day or they won't listen. Very rarely respond to emails and if they do it's to ask for the same info that you've given them already.
Best to stick to Parcel Motel

I sent out a parcel which was going from Limerick to Latvia and after 4 days it ended up in Portlaoise customs office and its been held there. I contacted the Portlaoise office and the customer service but they didn’t reply and hung up on me! The tracking information isn’t updated and I don’t know where my parcel is!

They are not reliable
Having been used for 2 years today I finally lost my package. It turns out that they do NOT have any customer service. I provided details as they asked, then the email never got replied.
Please don’t risk losing your package by using addresspal. That is my advice.

I use AddressPal UK & US on a very regular basis and find it really excellent. In ~100 deliveries over the past number of years, there's never been an issue; nothing lost, nothing delayed, no problems.
Additionally, having your local postman/woman look after the last leg is invaluable if you have a good relationship there as there can be a degree of flexibility.
And now they deliver on Saturdays too, which is always a nice surprise.
Tracking is clear and plentiful. Exceptions, (such as missing invoices for customs clearance), are handled via email in a timely fashion so no complaints. Recommended.

I placed an order with insufficient details, later reach out to customer service to ensure they will be able to locate the parcel and it was resolved within the same day...Really happy with their customer service!

I've been using the service years now, found the service to be excellent and have absolutely no issues. AddressPal are reliable and extremely prompt delivery to my door. Delivery from the USA is fantastic as a lot of stores do not deliver to Ireland also found a good saving on charges etc.. Duty, Import charges. I like the notifications from AN Post by text and email when parcel is uploaded. Great service will continue to use and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Wow, thought I was unique in terms of my loss. My package was DHL delivered 31 July. Has not showed up. Since 14 August I have emailed regularly item details, proof of delivery and had both DHL and the Retailer investigate the delivery issues.
have to agree, Addresspalsuport has not got a clue. Will never use their service again

Super late with letters over the past 3 months. Another day package went through customs and even though the list of items was written, there were parts missing and someone dumped a random postcard from someone else into my package.

Stay well away from this company, total scam they lost my parcel and customer service does not exist. Really looks bad for an post as address pal is actually a totally different company ,it’s a forwarding service run by total fools I suspect a lot of theft goes on there and they use the excuse that they are escalating the problem.
Stay away if you want your parcel to arrive,

My package was delivered by Amazon to Address Pal in the UK on September 23rd.
On Monday September 30th i emailed them to inquire where it was, the response i got was "that its en route, it will be with you in 1 or 2 more days".
On Friday 4th October i emailed again to inquire where it was, only to be told it could not be located - aka they LIED TO ME on the email on the Monday.
They asked me for details like tracking number, what was on the order, who delivered it etc.
I emailed them all the proofs they required:
It was delivered by Amazon to their uk hub on sept 23rd with a note stating clearly - "signed for by reception". I enclosed all the tracking info which clearly stated it was.
I got NO REPLY.
i rang on monday 7th October, explained the situation, call handler said "i will escalate the issue and get back to you asap. They DID NOT GET BACK TO ME.
I rang on Tuesday 8th October, the call handler dumped his colleague straight in it - from his system his colleague had NOT ESCALATED the issue - so i was lied to - AGAIN! I gave the guy all the info and he said he'd get back to me. Guess what - HE DIDNT!!!
I rang on Wednesday 9th, the call handler said she would escalate the issue and get back to me asap - guess what -SHE DIDNT!!!!
I was going to go to my solicitor but i rang Amazon instead - what a fantastic company! Full refund straight away! Was overjoyed and relieved! I told Amazon everything that happened, sent them all the proofs, all the emails from address pal, all the tracking info etc - Amazon stated they would start an investigation on Address pal as so many people are loosing Amazon packages/packages in general, and they didnt want any parcel company behaving in said manner.
What goes around comes around.
Address Pal just lost one of their long term, regular use customers - I will NEVER use Address Pal again.
Id advise others to avoid too.

Update Tues 13th Aug
Just received an e mail from UK hub at 7.20 this morning, stating,
they just tried to phone me.
Despite the fact that I am at my computer since 6.45 with my phone on the desk in front of me.
Its laughable at this stage
Just received an email from customer service. After nearly 4 weeks after my first enquiry about my missing parcel.
They intend to escalate this.
Avoid these jokers like the plague.
I've lost count of the number of e mails sent to both Anpost and addresspal. And since the last update, no response from either.
Its mindblowing stuff.
No doubt Brexit will bury this poor attempt of a courier service. Quicker the better.
Despite numerous e mails over the past week 12+.
I have only received a read notification of one email today. But no actual realtime response.
Its a joke at this stage. I will never use addresspal ever in the future. Once the current package in the process gets here, I'm done with them. I dont need any further hassle.
Another wasted day of emailing both AnPost and Addresspal customer service.
True to form ignored by both all day long.
I have discovered why addresspal ignore all my e mails to them.
Their Addresspal website lists the customer service with minus a dot between addresspal and support.
Whereas the anpost website lists the customer service with a dot between addresspal and support, two different address's.
I,m hoping this makes a difference, as I have just forwarded the 8 e mails to the new address. I'll keep you updated.Fingers crossed
Recently had a parcel delivered and signed for in addresspal UK hub on July 13th. Thats the last I have heard of it. ( days later and numerous e mails, and nothing from their non existent customer service.
And to top it off my local post office laughed at me when I asked for advice on per suing this, they told me they can't even get a response from the customer service when they contact them.
And the courier that delivered to UK hub was none other than Hermes, which does not inspire confidence in me at all, as previous parcels delivered by them to UK hub have disappeared.
I have now sent a total of 5 emails to anpost addresspal customer service over the last couple of days. I have received no reply to date, and no recognition of my problems from them. Whether my parcel turns up or not now, this disastrous excuse for a customer service is now enough to make me realise this is an abysmal way to treat customers.
So I would strongly advise people to give addrespal a very wide berth, and consider an alternative as i will be from now on.

Useless, I've had packages from amazon just ignored for days. They just try to deliver once and then if you're at work and can't answer the next days will be ignored, even if you have other packages coming in that day. This wen't on for days until I actually had to go and get them myself and they were in bad shape as well so shows how careful they are with them.
The customer service is useless as well all they tell you is that it's marked as out for delivery, so just reading from the tracking number which anyone can do and then tell you to wait.
I had a discussion with customer service and they said that there is no issue and that it is out for delivery today and to wait, I ended the conversation and waited, literally 30 min later I got an email from amazon that there was a delivery attempt and that I was not home, me still standing in my room waiting for them ( I had things to do that day but needed one of the things I ordered), so got back on with customer service and told them about it and they said that it's due for delivery tomorrow, then that they will put a complaint with the delivery office, which I doubt will happen or change anything.
If you have any other option stay away from them!
