On the 16th of November I picked up my new Giant Revolt from ActiveSport in Buxton. I want to thank Mark and his son for keeping me updated with the delivery time ( took about 6 weeks), the perfect setup of the bike and the great deal he gave me. All in all VERY pleased. Following a delay in delivery of a hard to find product a quick email verified that it had been damaged and returned by the post office. A new item was dispatched next post and was duly delivered intact. Active sport were very professional in their approach to this issue and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I've received my order after nearly 1 month waiting time and it was not complete, there was missing 1 item which has been ordered and for which I've paid. Once I've requested from them to send me another item as my package was not complete they told me that they cannot send me new item and they will not send anything more to my country due this problem... the best customer care ever.

I purchased online a 2019 Giant e-bike from Activesport, but they had all sold out. They then offered me a good deal on a 2020 model, which I accepted. As this was a new model, I was told delivery would take 4-6 weeks, it arrived at my door in 5 weeks. I’m very pleased with my purchase and they lived up to their word on delivery, they were also prompt in answering any e-mailed questions. An excellent service and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I ordered a cassette from the Active Sport website. Order confirmation received, followed 15 minutes later by an email saying they are cancelling my order due to supplier shortages.
Funnily enough the cassette is still listed on the website, however the price has now increased by 50%.
Clearly they decided not to sell the product to me at the price they stated on their website.

I needed some spare parts for my Rockshox forks but couldn't see them listed on their website so I called them to see if they could advise what parts I needed. the guy I spoke to was very abrupt and didn't seem to want to help, he just told me that if the parts weren't listed on the site then they were unavailable, or my forks were too old. He told me to call Rockshox technical department and pretty much brushed me off. I should have known from that moment not to use this company.
However, after calling Rockshox technical (who were extremely helpful) I was supplied with the necessary parts numbers. I then went back on to the Active Sport website and found the parts I needed, even though I had previously been told they were unavailable.
I placed my order on 25/07 and other than a confirmation email of my order I had heard nothing until today 05/08.
I called the shop only to have the same guy as previous answer the phone, and received the same brash, unhelpful service as last time.
I was told to reply to the email I had received for my order confrimation, which I have now done and will have to await a reply.
I don't normally bother writing reviews for online stores, but having come across this site and seen the numerous poor reviews I felt compelled to write this review.
So my advice to anyone else is to simply not bother using Active Sport for anything as their customer service is abysmal.
As a previous reviewer wrote, I don't know how they are still in business with such a poor attitude towards their customers !!
I suspect I am going to receive an email back from them saying that either the parts are unavailable or that they have been lost in the post and it's my responsibilty to chase it up !

Having ordered a Thule car bike rack I was impressed with the quick delivery. However there was a problem with it. After speaking to a very friendly member of staff a replacement was soon sent out and problem solved. I was very impressed with the overall service and quality of product.

Ordered a giant rear axle for my bike, as it was listed for sale. next day got a email back asking me to confirm that i was sure this is the part that I wanted as they wouldn't accept return as it was a special order.
When ordering there is no mention of this item is a special order, so its pot luck if they actually have your item or not. when I complained about this stating that I knew what I ordered and I just wanted my part, and I was bitterly disappointed with their service, they could only say that they have now cancelled the order.
although they say they haven't taken the money, they have put a hold on it, which is the same in essence.
very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company for anything as they don't tell you if they actually have the part in question. very poor website information.
I will in future vote with my feet and use another company instead.

Ordered a part nearly a month ago and nothing has arrived. Instead, they’ve sent me a form to sign to chase through Royal Mail. Never in my life have i had to go through a process like this. If things go well (this is the second time this has happened with the co for me) then fine, if things go wrong it’s a nightmare. In my opinion. Avoid

Ordered a Fox Float Factory DPS EVOL 190x51mm. It said in-stock on the website. Clearly wasn't.
Got an email asking if I wanted to proceed because they had to order it straight from Fox in the US.
A few weeks later it arrived and I got the latest 2020 model fresh new from Fox.
Super super happy with the service. Excited to hit the trails and see what's it all about.
Great price and service. Only 4 stars though because it said in stock when it wasn't. IF I would had been in a hurry, I surely wouldn't like waiting a month. It was totally fine this time since bike was still rolling with or without it :)

Best fox dealer in Europe. Lots of small parts impossible to find elsewhere. Really involved in the process, they kept me noticed at every step, and even if an article was unavailable at the time I ordered, errors happen, the pre-order worked perfectly.

Ordered a part which was out of stock. Got a quick email letting me know and asking me if I’d like to preorder or cancel. I chose to preorder. When the item was back in stock I received an email letting me know it had been dispatched.
It was unfortunate the stock levels weren’t working on their website correctly but it was dealt with very well by customer service.

Arrived faster than expected, with an email advising it had arrived and been sent straight out.

Ordered some Middleburn cranks. Cranks came and were perfect for my build. One of the little bolts that tightens the preload was slighlty bent and they sent out a bolt in the post straight way free of charge. Cant fault them. Good service and perfect for parts you dont find in normal shops eg Middleburn (nice).

I found this company when searching for individual components to rebuild my Fox shock. When the items where in stock it was a quick delivery time, and well packaged. On one piece it was not in stock so I was offered a refund or pre-order. I took the pre-order and was kept informed of anticipated delivery dates, which have been spot on. I have been very impressed with their service.

Placed an order for a new Giant Reign, got a prompt reply confirming the order and when it will be ready to collect.
Again regular emails to keep me up to date, I was going to have it delivered but decided to collect made up ready, they even offered a credit for petrol.
Had to postpone a few times my collection, nothing was a problem.
My experience was of a professional friendly service, I would not hesitate to use again.
On collection day the chap in the shop could not have been any more helpful running through everything on the bike as well as tips for care and recommended accessories, a credit.

Poor customer service. Sent a question about an item, and received two completely unhelpful responses with bad attitude. I don't know how these guys are in business. It's the internet age, clickclickclick I just bought my things elsewhere, and they just lost a customer for life.
