I'm getting constantly ignored for 3 weeks straight

I have not recieved a part of my order and they said they would reimburse me . But after that they are ignoring me completely.
I don't know what to do, I'm in a deep loss right now cause of this, this is just really sad and feels like a scam

It took Aboutyou 5 months (!) to pay me for a simple retour of one item.

I do a lot of online shopping and this was by far the worse experience to date. I received 5 parcels for one small order?! Items were ripped, bad quality and not as described on the website. The service hotline staff were unfriendly and useless. I've been waiting for a refund for almost two weeks...
