Appalling. Placed an order on 16th September for a very large (£165.50 incl a £10 charitable donation) bouquet birthday delivery for 20th September to a friend who lost her husband to Covid this year. No delivery. No apology. No phone call. I had to ask my friend about the flower delivery in order to discover they had not been delivered. Shocking service. When I phoned I was told, Very sorry. Human error. Would I like a free vase? I am bombarded with advertising from Wild at Heart but they simply cannot do what they advertise. Am so upset for my (already devastated) friend. Kitty

The flowers are beautiful but my friend had shown me he had sent £195 deluxe bouquets every month and I was baffled as they were sooooooo small and lacklustre had assumed he was sending the small version. If you are going to be a premium florist charging a premium price the flowers need to
Meet the requirement. I will not let him use them again so £2400 or so from him you wo t be receiving

Wild at Heart flowers are beautiful and are absolutely as beautiful, if not more, than the pictures on the website.
Very, very happy.

Appalling service. Paid a lot for birthday flowers to be sent on a specific day. They forgot to send them at all. And what's worse is that they only told us when it was far too late to do anything about it - they could have rung and told is much earlier / left a working number (not one where the lines were closed) but didn't. Avoid.
