I’ll give it a 3 out of 5 due to different experiences. I find shopping online for Trapstar great, my order always comes on time and I get shipping notifications which is brilliant, so I’ll rate the online Trapstar shop a 5/5. But I’ll have to rate the Trapstar store in Birmingham a 1/5.. Their was 3 staff when I went in and 2 were very unhelpful, moody and thought they were gods gift and had a lot of attitude. The other staff member was ok though. The store set out is a bit awkward too. But I love the clothing so it’s a funny one. Just don’t have high expectations going in to the shop cause it’s a hit or miss with the clothes also. But honestly the staff are the rudest staff I’ve ever come across, I am not the type of person to write a bad review but I just had to. Very stuck up and rude.

It’s a shame I’m having to write this review, I really do like Trapstar but I just feel as if it’s easier for me to buy through Selfridges who do not have the full range.
Where do I start with Trapstar .. they don’t really tell you a delivery time, they don’t answer their phones which is two mobile numbers on their website, once you receive your order after 2/3 months there’s items missing .. you ring again no answer you! I had to dispute the payment on my card for me to be partially refunded the amount of the missing item. Absolutely ridiculous. This company could be HUGE only if they were more reliable.

I ordered a jumper and T Shirt that unfortunately I had to send back as did not fit. It has been over 3 weeks now and still no refund of the £140 despite several emails and unanswered phone calls. Will not be using this company again and would warn other customers of the poor service

i brought a top and ended up having to send it back as i accidentally ordered the wrong top this was 2 months and and still haven't received my refund I've emailed them no one has got back to me. Will not be ordering from here again until I get my refund! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for a cap from Trapstar, to then just be told that they tried to contact me to say it was out of stock(which they didn’t at all) they have now gave me a £50 credit note bearing in mind altogether I spent £45 anyway. I personally don’t think this is good enough & I don’t even know how to use the credit note I have received! Would not recommend

Bought a tracksuit online and came within 10 days. Wasn’t worried about delivery time as the website had already mentioned it will take between 10-15 days. Quality, size and comfort of the product was perfect. Read a lot of negative comments about customer service, delivery time etc. so I was a bit sceptical when purchasing, but I wasn’t left disappointed as they kept me up to date with shipping info etc.

I can only tell you about my experience. My teenage Sons are brand mad and wanted Trapstar T shirts. I'll be honest here I was worried after reading the reviews and worried about spending my money here, truth is the service was great. The Order came in around 14 days. My boys love these clothes, T shirts, bags, Hoodie and cap later and I have happy teenagers....yes that's right "HAPPY TEENAGERS" See Moms you can make these 6ft youth smile! Thank you Trapstar, I hope you get your customer service rate up because this worried me before purchasing but really glad to say everything went well with my purchases.The clothes you sell are a wanted brand for Trendsetters, answer your reviews and get more happy customers like me!

If your happy with this company then it's because they had your item and sent it without a issue .HOWEVER in my case my item was never dispatched..I received a email from a lady called Maria from trapstar London saying sorry we'll deliver item as soon as .. weeks after this still did not happen ,no dispatch email,no item received .nothing .now however I emailed saying there's clearly a issue and the item is not in stock or something so can I request a refund .. no response .. after weeks of messaging and having to threaten to come into shop I received a email saying a refund will be issued HOWEVER it's been god knows how long and still no refund .no further emails.no item NOTHING! Just wasted money and time and stress .this company does not care about nothing but money in there pocket even if the reputation is bad

I have never ever experienced this level of ignorance and unprofessionalism as I did when I spoke to the owner of Trapstar Reece. Stay away from buying from this dodgy place, the guy has zero costumer service. I have received better customer service in a vegetable market compared to TRAPSTAR!!! STAY AWAY FROM TRAPSTAR! it’s a trap!!!

I ordered 2 items from trapstar roughly 2-3 weeks ago and delivery takes usually 5-10 days to arrive. It’s been 18 days and I still haven’t received anything and I was emailing and ringing the company. Today I managed to get through to a gentleman called Reece at Trapstar who managed to explain what has happened and he also had knowledge about the admin side and the warehouse house side. Due to the error he has managed to explain and rectify the mistake and has made me a very happy person.

I was worried to shop there after reading reviews, however when I ordered my two jumpers came in a week with no issues and tracking was easy to follow with DPD. Definitely will order from there again.

Honestly this is the worst company i’ve ordered from , i was told 5-10 days for delivery which i thought wasn’t bad until they took the money out of my account and can’t seem to ship my items , i’ve called and called no answer , i text their instagram and emailed it has now been nearly a month and i still can’t get my order or get in touch with them , would strongly recommend not using this company for anyone who’s thinking of it.

I’ll be completely honest here. The in store experience in Birmingham is really bad. The online experience as a customer in general is also really bad. I think Trapstar find it challenging when dealing in large order quantities. There’s always a difference of inventory online VS what they actually have. The star of the show is Chloe at Trapstar. If you have an issue with an order, she is the only one that will solve it for you quickly. She’s a key example of what customer service should be and maintains it all the time. A true asset to Trapstar I think the customer ordering/inventory management process should really change and should be led by Chloe.

I ordered an item for my granddaughter’s birthday on 17 January was told 10-14 working days. No sign of the item after 3 weeks I tried phoning couldn’t get through on the numbers on their website so I emailed them was told eventually after waiting 3 days for a response that it would be with me by the end of that week! Still nothing they then text a DPD number which when you put it in their system it says received your order details but no parcel!! This is disgusting being as they took the £50 out of my account the day after I placed the order. I intend taking advice from Trading Standards.

If you want to wait over a month to receive anything from this company then your at the right place. I would NEVER use this company ever again. I ordered some clothes for my son in late December and have only just received them recently. It states up to 14 working days during busy periods, this came and went. I contacted the shop after phoning them everyday after the 14 working days to find that they don’t like answering their phones. Eventually after days of phoning someone answered and told me to wait even longer. So I waited... after that day came and went I phoned again and again as no one wants to answer phone. Eventually again after some more days someone answers and assures me I will get my items you just have to wait a bit longer. By this time as it was the Birmingham store and not the online store which was never answered, they couldn’t do anything. Days later after I threatened them to trading standards I receive a text from dpd that my item would be delivered the next day. Couldn’t believe it when it was delivered in the end. NEVER AGAIN!!
