It’s took me a week to set up. I phoned every day. Then I sent money over and still could not get what I ordered
I ordered and waitied BF ur my coins - they did not come. That was 2 weeks ago. The mint says it has to be investigated and courier says it was left in the step
I’ve phoned and phoned - only to be told someone will call me back - they haven’t. I’m currently well out of pocket and have no gold to show for it
I will call again on Monday to ask fir my mo ey back.
I wasn’t expecting this at all 😰

The service is incredibly poor. There is no indication of when a coin is going to be dispatched it appears to be completely random. Funds are removed from your bank with no notification and this is the only warning you have that a coin is about to be dispatched . I wont use these people again the whole system is amateurish at best or they just treat customers with complete contempt at worst. I still have no idea when the final coin in the 1 oz silver Bond collection will be dispatched.
