After being messed about by another company who took my money and didn't have any stock, I looked around for a new supplier. I read the reviews and took the plunge, so glad I did. The item was delivered in 24 hours, thats service. Really impressed and will definitely use again.

Bought a supposedly Audiophile valve from this lot. It arrived unbranded in a plain white box, unlike every other valve of the same brand I have bought over the years. Plugged it in and it died after 30 seconds. I had to pay to ship it back to get a refund and even though they sent me a pile of junk they didn’t refund me in full. Have questioned them but have not received any reply. My experience has been that this company’s ethics are dubious and their returns staff are without class. It stinks of used car salesmen. Will definitely not buy from Studiocon again.

Nothing but great things to say about Studiocare, There was a fault with the thing I ordered (no fault of studiocare) and they arranged the return and replacement no questions asked and there was no hassle whatsoever. I would pick Studiocare over Thomann any day of the week!
(Thomann are terrible! I feel like I need to add this to every review as they're truly abysmal and yet they are many peoples default to shop from)
