From start to finish I've been so impressed by the service. Item was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day, in a beautiful metallic pink padded envelope! Also received an email saying if I needed any help with the order to contact them without hesitation. If only all customer service was like this!! Would definitely recommend and use again

Cannot recommend enough!
Susan has been absolutely brilliant throughout.
There was an issue with an item going astray that was being delivered from the USA (not surprising considering COVID-19 causing havoc), but Susan was so helpful in getting the item re-ordered and sent out to us, keeping us informed at every opportunity. The item arrived today and we are really pleased with it. Thank you.

Just received my second order & am super satisfied with it. They always ship quickly & even coming from the UK my orders always show up early! Plus I've never had anything show up in less than perfect shape! Which is more than I can say for some of the US boutiques I've ordered from lately. I'll def continue to order from this company, they just keep impressing me!

First time shopping with spoiledbrat and I would definitely shop here again. I made one return due to size and the customer care team were very quick and efficient in helping me arrange a gift card as I wanted to buy another wildfox tee in the Black Friday sale to replace. Quality is excellent and sizes are true to size.

My wife purchased a sweatshirt but it failed to arrive so I contacted the company to be told it had. After numerous emails and getting nowhere i contacted Royal Mail who informed me it had been addressed wrong by Spoiled Brat (email evidence) I informed the company of this to which they told me there was nothing they could do and can't afford to refund me either so i started a claim with PayPal. They supplied evidence to PayPal to stop me getting a refund which we eventually won they also started a claim with Royal Mail for lost goods in order to get payed twice. I've now informed the mail fraud team and PayPal who are both looking into it and even though we got our money back from PayPal I’ve been advised to take court action regarding all the hassle to get a refund from an unprofessional company so BUYERS BEWARE!!

The WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. Cannot stress how bad this company is. No communication whatsoever. First I buy a product for over 100 pounds which I later find out isn't even in stock, a week after I ordered it!? Having spent 3 days trying to contact the company I finally had to order a different size. It's now been a month since I ordered and have still not received my package. Have tried contacting the company with no success. They are posting on Faceook but incapable of responding to my messages, ridiculous!!!! Will never buy from them again, and warn everyone from shopping with them.

Cannot praise them enough. First time I've ordered form them and admittedly my order didn't come on the date given. After discovering this website (trust pilot) and seeing a few angry reviews I panicked a bit. However I messaged the company through instagram and very quickly got a reply saying it would be looked into. To cut a long story short spoiled brat handled my issue wonderfully (it was even a bank holiday monday) responded to all my messages almost instantly, they sent my item special next day delivery and it arrived exactly when they said it would! They also gave me a gift voucher for the inconvince! All in all really satisfied with the customer service and the product I received. Will 100% be a returning customer! ❤
