I bought a product that was faulty and was told on the 17/4 I could have a refund and to return the item. I returned the item and sent proof of postage on the 21/4 and was told the refund would be processed upon receiving proof of postage. I am still awaiting the refund and have emailed customer services twice since with no response

Thanks to Leo I would finally give this company a good review, the customer service after a slight wait on reply time (due to the team shortage whom are social distancing), I was given a gift card to purchase a case after the wrong one was delivered. Leo couldn’t apologise enough and was super helpful in a happy end resolution & I ended up buying an additional case as they now have more styles out for the IPhone 11 Pro Max woo! Thanks Leo and skinny dip.

I ordered a phone case, pop socket and the white airpods from SkinnyDip. The case and the pop socket were good but the right airpod didin't work at all.
I contacted them on I.G who told me to email them. I didn’t receive a reply to my e-mail so I sent another message on Instagram. I was told told that they would raise the matter with their e-mail team.
During that time I sent the airpods back, filling the form for a refund, as I didn't want to exceed the return date. Eventually, about a week later, thanks to the service on Instagram, I received an email asking for a proof of postage which I sent straight away. (No idea why they needed this as my parcel should've reached them by then).
It’s over two weeks later now, and after sending another two emails asking for an update and another Instagram message, I am still waiting for a reply.
I’ve been told that it’s because they’re busy due to Covid-19. Busy with refunds?! That's no excuse really. Doesn’t that tell them something if they’re getting so many enquiries and issues?! Terrible service and product so far. Not at all happy.

I got my new iphone 11 case today and I’m disappointed. Firstly the packing was shocking the box with it in was already open. I have bought from here before and I am always please but I got it this morning and the plastic on the side where the camera part is coming off. I spent money on this and for it to break like that when I haven’t been anywhere is shocking.

Bought a phone case that was £18 turned up and week and a half later. I have had this case for 3 weeks and when I dropped it the other day the diligent skinny dip logo around the camera broke it. Considering I don’t have a lot of money to go spend everywhere I am very appalled. All though I have had multiple other thing from the company that have been very good. I expect better next time and a new case!

Just want to say thanks to Fran in your team who managed to get me my replacement earbuds to me after mine became faulty. I sent them back and they were lost by Royal Mail but she still managed to get them sent to me with no hassle. So thanks so much to Fran!? Only thing I would say is your phone line just rings out. It might save a few complaints from customers if someone was manning it but it’s understandable if you may not have a lot of staff. Then again I might just be phoning at weird times. ?

I had ordered from them a couple of times and never had a problem until the black Friday sales this year, I didn't receive my confirmation mail and therefore I couldn't know what was the state of my order. The first time I contacted support I was ignored for weeks after two replies, the second I was more lucky and the girl answering was very kind and professional, sorted everything out so I can get what I wanted and a refund for a item that is now out of stock. I usually love their accessories, good quality for the price I paid.

I ordered a necklace on the 24th of January and still haven’t received it. Tracking number doesn’t seem to be working or they’ve lost the package entirely because the last thing it says is that it was shipped out on the 28th (as it’s been nearly 2 weeks, I’m assuming they’ve lost it). Emailed customer service and got no reply other than the standard “we’ve received your message”. I’m completely frustrated and probably will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered a phone case from skinny dip to ensure quick delivery how ever 10 days later I have still not received the product although according to their website it should be with you between 3-5 working days.. emailed their customer service team twice and still not received any reply.. once the case arrives I will be 100% returning as I am completely disappointed with this and don’t believe they deserve me custom anymore. Won’t be using them again.

Their customer service is an absolute joke,I haven’t received my package nearly 2 weeks later the money was of course taken out of my account and they claim now there is no order existing with my email.Trying to get this issue sorted out has been very difficult which it shouldn’t be.From reading reviews if my order even comes it will more than likely be faulty.A joke of a company and brand will 100% not be ordering again

I ordered a coat in the sale that I had been after for awhile and was excited to receive. After ten days waiting for shipping updates and the coat to arrive I contacted customer support to ask about my order and got a reply that said they would be in touch soon about any updates. I then waited another week and still had no reply so emailed again and had no reply, this went on for about a week and I had no responses whatsoever. I then tried calling the customer service phone number which I left my details in a message on, I didn't receive a call back so kept trying to call only to be hung up on almost every time and when I did get through was told nobody could speak to me because their message inbox was full! Finally after almost four weeks waiting for my order they refunded me the money because they said my order had never been processed so I wouldn't be able to receive the coat I had wanted for ages. I am really annoyed and I will never order from skinny dip again because of this experience. Their customer service is horrific and there is practically zero communication between the brand and the buyer.

I’ve ordered from SkinnyDip twice now and sadly had nothing but trouble. The first time my item never arrived, which is understandable - things happen, my refund was issued and the representative was very nice about it. I decided to order the same + additional products a few months later, as I think the products are lovely. I had broken headphones delivered to me and emailed the customer service team for advice thinking I hadn’t set them up properly - the lady (who again was lovely) advised to send them back. I emailed back if I could send back without the original packaging and I am still waiting for a reply 12 days later, I DMd the company on Twitter to ask if they could chase a reply and they advised they pass on the message. I’m still waiting for a response, I ordered my items on 27/12/2019. As I said, I’m very disappointed because I really like the products and the interactions I’ve had with representatives has been fine, when I receive a reply.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Aimee. I got a pair of headphones for Christmas and one of them wasn't working- within a week a new replacement pair had already been sent out. Aimee was amazing in checking to make sure I was happy with a different colour or if I wanted to wait until my original colour came back into stock.

A few weeks ago i have bought a Skinnydip x Disney phone case in which i have paid £8 for it. Allegedly the product should of been dispatched to my house already but i have not got it. I have been contacting customer service and have gotten nowhere. I have evidence from my bank transactions that i have bought it but still haven't gotten any further to receiving my product. Very disappointed within the efficiency and reliability of this company for me.

I had already ordered for the first time from Skinnydip, I spent over £100 and Then I came on here and I was a bit worried seeing some negative reviews, but I was completely happy with everything it came in perfect condition and very quickly. I think it took three days maybe two. I only went on there to order their wireless earphones but ended up buying a lot more because they have a good sale. I’m completely happy with everything about them, they even included a delivery note and free postage return label but I didn’t need it. A lot of places you have to go online and print one off yourself. Thanks Skinnydip

Ordered two necklaces from the Soph collection. One looks nothing like the images on Skinnydip’s website, half of the necklace is missing so it’s just a choker. This is not what I ordered.
Emailed Skinnydip, no reply. DMed Skinnydip on Instagram, no reply. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. Stay away from this company!
