WORST company to ever purchase from. Please read the true, negative reviews before purchasing.
I ordered puzzles and tried cancelling the other after paying an extrusion amount of money for shipping. I tried cancelling the order after reading the reviews of how customers never received orders, image quality on items were poor, and how it was a con company. As I placed my order at 8pm, there was no way of me getting in contact with the company following their 30 minute to 1 working day cancellation policy, as their business was closed for the day.
I tried contacting them immediately the. Next day, and didn't get through until 2 pm, where I spoke to Moses who said my order had already been made and despatched. When I asked for proof - they weren't able to provide me with proof, as they only offer UNTRACKED delivery, through Royal Mail. He said I would have to wait 7-10 days for my order, even though Royal Mail deliver within 2-3 working days. He then cut the call on me.
I then rang again, after 30 mins, I finally managed to get though to Vincenzo, who was of some help. He said to me he had to speak to his supervisor to see if the order could be cancelled due to my unhappiness, and then gave me a call back later saying I couldn't cancel the order and they wouldn't offer a refund. He said the company use Whisl as their shipping courier. I then got an email at 10 pm, just now, sending a FALSE tracking number, that isn't with Whisl or any other company.
Please - save your money, save your time, and don't purchase anything from this company. I wasted money whilst on the phone to them. Every time I tried contacting them through Instagram, email and their live chat, I received no response.
Let's see if I even receive my order in seven days - even though I've given them until Friday 30th June 2020, until I file a legal complaint.
Believe me when I say I will NEVER be ordering or recommending this company.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service!! I've been sent a free A5 hardcover photobook for 20 pages because I have used them such a long time ago. I spent a lot of time creating my photobook and trying to make it really nice - when I added it to my basket, it was NOT free, I only got 40% off. Sent a lot of emails more than a week ago, still no answer, I tried to chat online to someone after waiting 4 hours in the queue, when Viviana eventually started helping me -she gave me NO ANSWERS and just said she is helping other people as well!! And then she cut me off!!! I will never use you again!!! No wonder I stopped using you in the first place! False advertising and extortionate prices for delivery!

I order a photo blanket on the 11 of January for a birthday present next month . I never received an email about my order 2 weeks after to say it was dispatched so I contacted them every time I did it was a different story with them it was on the last stage of been finished but the made a mistake and had to start all over again the kept saying the made some sort of mistake , every-time I contacted them the told me the would send a dispatch email out to me never received It either NEVER GOT A PHTOT BLANKET either did I get an EMAIl I wouldn’t trust this website for anything the don’t have a good customer services the never gave any money back either , they stop answering the phones and there emails and the live chats to deal with my problem to try and sort it out .
NOTHING but BAD LUCK with these please Avoid they website at all times and don’t buy vouchers from group-on as the know about this and the don’t help u either they don’t even shut this website down there scamming people out of money . NEEDS TO BE STOPED 🤬🤬😡😡

Ordered a photo blanket. Quality awful, was embarrassed to give it as a gift. It was also three weeks late and my phone calls to customer services to chase it up cost me £7.80. Appalling quality, service and attitude.

Following the company's response below they emailed me, I emailed back and they haven't replied. Presumably realising that when quality AND service were so poor I was unlikely to change my rating!! If they'd handled the complaint decently I might have added a star....

I think that a company thrives if customer service is on the side of the customers. Polite, professional, accommodating and understanding. All of these describe Patricia Show. She was determined to resolve my issues as I have had problems with my groupon codes and receiving incorrect information from previous customer reps.
