Not one to leave a bad review or no tip, also I kind of feel bad because the service was really good. Waited a while but that's no problem these things happen. But we had 3 bugs crawling on our table, one on my plate. When mentioning they moved our table which was nice but no apology and felt like they thought we were lying. Never experienced anything like this. Sorry to the guy that was serving us though as he was really friendly.

Terrible terrible pizzas, burnt and cold. We have eaten before and it was pretty good , so we tried once more and it was truly disappointing

Prezzo, Ringwood, Hants. Used to be the best Italian restaurant in the area, we've been patrons for years. Since they've reopened after lock-down it is now absolutely awful. Been twice in the last month, second time to make sure the first time was not a blip in their service; it wasn't!!
A ridiculously limited menu, why no goat's cheese? Surely it's just as easy to store as Parmesan and mozzarella!! Fillings on the gluten-free based pizza were minimal, only tomato sauce for the first 1.5 inches in from the edge.
So unimpressed we will now have to go to competitors in the area. After so many excellent reviews over the years I feel Prezzo (Ringwood) have really dropped the ball.

Amazing service and great food reasonably priced. I met my mum & aunt at Prezzo for lunch, felt very ‘safe’ in the current climate. The waiting staff were fantastic, food very good and we were served quickly but not rushed. Will definitely go back.

Mk stadium Prezzo .....If I could give it no star I would as the service was poor and the fish risotto have left me feeling ill .I ordered the prawn and salmon risotto and it came and the rice was Uncooked and solid so I told the waiter and he told me meant to be like that and was being very patronising about the situation and was not apologetic but did take it back and 15 minutes later came the same risotto and it was all clumped and still hard .So when a different waiter came and took the plates away he asked if it was better I showed him and said no he said well they can’t do anything as they come already made we just heat them I said surely if they don’t cook right you shouldn’t have that on your menu so he agreed and took it off are bill. So I just warning people that it not a good idea to get dishes like this as the reheating of the seafood has now made me very ill .

Somehow it has been difficult to leave a good review - which I now do. Booking was very easy, coronavirus procedures were properly followed and the food was good and promptly served. Will call again and recommend East Grinstead Prezzo to anyone.

On a visit to MK Stadium Prezzo we were charged 6.50 for a Perroni we never had. The manager offered us a dessert or soft drink which we did not want and eventually said all he could do was send us an e mail saying on next visit to this restaurant he would deduct 6.50. This is totally unacceptable, all we wanted was our card refunded. After trying to complain 4 times we eventually got a reply saying they would try and get our money back. If no one checks there bill before paying how many times does this happen. Never use Prezzo again as we think something is definity off with their attitude. We have had our card refunded countless times due to mistakes with no problem.

Regular visitor to Prezzo over a number of years, Rayleigh one being just 10 mins from me. Went for meal on 31 August 2020 and unfortunately, despite making bold claims, they are not ready for diners in a COVID secure setting. We arrived at 18.45pm and restaurant was half empty which I thought was as a result of social distancing. They have a hand sanitizer upon entering and they have a one way system in place. Within an hour, the restaurant was heaving and full to capacity. No social distancing and the one way rule was ignored by the staff. The menu is only a third of its usual one so options are very restricted. Our drinks arrived after we had eaten our starters and I had to ask twice and eventually get up and ask a waitress for a knife and fork after waiting 5 mins. The waitress was very friendly and apologetic and I sympathise with the staff. Prezzo have clearly (from my experience and others) put profit ahead of Health & Safety. “Cram them in”. I don’t think I have written many negative comments about dining experiences and if I did, I would hope it not Prezzo as they are my favourite. I ate at The Hawk in Hawkwell twice and they have a full menu, as does San Lereno in Leigh on Sea. Just a bit of advice to Prezzo in Rayleigh (not criticism I assure you) but you really need to have a plan in place for when you open which includes social distancing and sufficient levels of staff. In addition, menu available was very poor. If this is due to the eat out to help out then again, that is poor as the aforementioned other establishments we have dined at (and others) in August had a full menu.

Cardiff Prezzo is such a disappointment. Food was awful, pizza base dry and stale tasting, doughballs cold and hard Salmon risotto was oily but the salmon was dry.Bolognese sauce was bland.Salted caramel tart was disgusting the pastry was hard and stale. Cutlery was far from clean. Staff looked scruffy in jeans and trainers.Upstairs is shabby .Staff seemed miserable and disinterested. Waited far too long for food and couldn't wait to leave. Newport restaurant is so much better ,cleaner ,more stylish and the food is 100 percent better. Won't be going to Cardiff again to eat

The table service was very poor. I had asked for a waitress to take my food order, but she said she would come back and that didn't happen.
The food quality was bad. My sister ordered the prawn pasta and it tasted like they just added a can of tomatoes on top of the pasta and scattered some prawns. I would not recommend this place. I went there a few years ago and it was amazing, but because they have made the place cheaper, the quality has gone. The only good thing about this restaurant is that there was one waitress at the end of our dinner, that was nice and happy, as she was quick to get the bill when we asked and was polite when asking about our food.

Visited Prezzo Mere Green on Wednesday and besides hand sanitizer and cleaning tables and chairs, you’d never believe we still have a pandemic going on. No visors, masks or gloves worn by staff and no social distancing. Very few tables removed from how it would normally be. Not a comfortable experience and one I shall not be repeating.

I had my first date in 10 years and everywhere was booked up so I took her to Prezzo after lying about having somewhere nice booked. And I am grateful to Prezzo as it would have been strange to jump from one long term relationship into another. Thanks to the almost inedible food which was made sort of ok by copious amounts of salt and the ambiance of a Mexican cock fight I will not be seeing that girl again. Great stuff Prezzo keep it up.

Service was O K. Went with a party of six four of us wanted the chicken with mushrooms as it was the only meal option really other then pizza or pasta. We were told there wasn’t any chicken as they had run out of sauce. We therefore had to have pizza and pasta one large pizza was very undercooked the dough still being white with four large chunks of chicken thrown on top so was left. Food was very underwhelming and over priced.

Prezzo Uxbridge! Went earlier with my family, was welcomed by some smartly dressed and friendly, happy faces. Seated quickly. Place looked nice and clean, can clearly see they taking Covid rules seriously. Nice to see the staff are smartly dressed and nice. Food came responsibly quick. Had starters, mains and desert and few drinks. Enjoy it all, tasted fresh and cooked well. Everyone was happy, we will be returning again soon!

Glad to be visiting again the Prezzo Uxbridge branch right on the re-opening day after the COVID-19 pandemic. We have had an amazing time, the staff has been very prompt to responding to all our needs and requests and also very polite. The food was better than never, very fresh ingredients and well presented. There was a young lady, I think her name was either Sorina or Sorana and she was very polite and made sure that we were very well treater throughout our dinner time. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety, hygiene and cautiousness of measures that they’ve put in place for customer’s safety against COVID-19. We will be definitely eating there again soon.

First family meal out for over 6 months so really excited. Despite plenty of staff on duty, the service was far too slow considering it is simple food to prepare. Food itself was nice. Requested reduction on bill to offset poor service. I want to return and support you but you must raise your game on service- it's not difficult

Went to prezzos in canterbury last night. Lovely restaurant and good service. Downloaded a voucher offered to me when looking at the menue on-line which wasn't accepted. Tried to order a small pizza for my 82 year old mum who dosn't have a good appetite these days, which they didn't do. £10 for an average bowl of Bolognese is a bit expensive.
