I bought expensive pendant lights to be installed in a row.
Light 1 is advertised as 95cm and is actually 27.1cm
Light 2 is advertised as 33cm and is actually 26.6
Light 3 is advertised as 95cm and is actually 27.6

Not only are they not as advertised but none of them are 95cm nor 33cm

When I enquired, they actually said the measurements were advertised as the full light fitting. This wouldn't make sense given that the lamps are similar height as was the wires to enable them to be pendant lights.

Ocean lighting the tried to tell me that Light 2 was always going to be a different size from lamp 1 and 3 because the were advertised that way - totally misunderstanding that neither lamp 1, 2 or 3 arrived as the measurements states on their website.

The lights arrived so much different from advertised on their website and are very different sizes and the company have done little to resolve it after being in contact with the sales person for over a week. I've tried reach a solution with Ocean lighting but so far I have found them unable to accept responsibility for their mistakes and unable to resolve customer complaints.

Tread very carefully if you want to use this company. If you have to return your purchase it is very expensive then you’ll wait well over a month while they consider if you are entitled to a refund .
Would definitely not use this company again or recommend it

Purchased light online and this arrived within 3 days so initially a smooth transaction. Light then sent back by my own couriers as OL wanted nearly £18 to collect. OL do specify refunds can take up to 14 working days. (Most companies say this but monies rtnd well before) I’m still waiting on my refund after items were received by them 3August 2020 so basically 24 days and still waiting. If this part/side of the Company Could sort issues out then this would be a fab company but unfortunately leaving customers waiting for funds isn’t good.
