Found the experience easy and simple. Was offered what seemed like a reasonable price for my old phone. Sent it off in the pre paid packaging that arrived within 48 hours of my quote. Then a couple of days later received confirmation that the amount quoted would go into my bank within a few days. The only thing I'd suggest, that I done, is to wrap your phone in additional bubble wrap as the cardboard packaging they send to send the phone back doesn't seem adequate. I also asked the post office to mark the parcel as fargile.

Package came quickly but had to wait a few days to send it back, for me to get to post office. Even with this delay it arrived easily within the time stipulated. Heard by email that they had received and were processing the payment. Very pleased with the ease of the whole process
