I ordered a replacement bulb from their website after trying to get one from John Lewis and being sold the wrong one (not dimmable).
One arrived very quickly, but unfortunately it was rattling, and when I put it in it blew. I wrote an email and they sent two replacements in the post. Quick service and helpful even as we were moving house at the time. Only four stars as the first bulb was broken in the first place, but customer service was ace!

the service from lumie was very good when i phone with a query before purchasing a light they were very polite and helpful, so i went ahead and bought a light on line and was given a delivery date my parcel arrived a day early, brill, the light was bought for my son and he finds he is able to get up and function far better and life is much easier for him now, no more grumpy mornings

Easy to use. I like the various sounds you can be woken to, but i especially love waking up to the feeling of sunshine in the bedroom. Bought this to replace old lumie. Love the products.

It's a nice enough light but I do find some of the sounds are a little bizarre. I'm not sure how listening to goats bleating would help you drift off to sleep but each to their own I suppose! The set up instructions are a wee bit tricksy but I've just about managed it. I do like the night light feature which emits just enough light so that I don't step on the cat whilst finding my way to the loo...

I've previously bought products from Lumie. Mostly it has gone well and I've liked the products. However I have had two significantly less than good experiences: the first a few years ago when I received 4 broken lightbulbs which had been posted to Australia without any protective wrapping; and the second recently when a refurbished Bodyclock I bought just doesn't work. I emailed Lumie and they acknowledged my email but I haven't heard anything more. Now I have a device that doesn't work. I'll be posting it back to Lumie and I won't be buying any more products.

Very basic product considering the price. The sunset light and the sound effects were ok but I would expect a higher spec product for this price. The sunrise alarm did not wake me up and I couldn't play my one sounds easily so I have returned my product. I found it misleading that lumie offers a 45 day return policy but have to pay for postage if it's a sunrise alarm. This should be made clear on purchase.

I love my Lumie alarm clock light- I've had it for years and it really helps me get through the darker winter mornings. I was devastated when I accidentally smashed the lamp part but was extremely relieved to find that I could purchase a replacement lamp bulb for a very reasonable price. It was packaged well and arrived very quickly. Top marks to Lumie!

the first Lumie bodyclock I ordered was faulty, kept buzzing, but the company replaced the product without any problem and the second one is perfect. I have used this brand of bodyclock for years myself and this latest one was for my daughter. she is now delighted with product. would recommend
