I received my order but sadly found what I felt were a couple of defects in the glass vase. When reported and sent photos, I was advised that they fell within the limits and had been passed by the quality control dept. LSA were happy to exchange the item and would check another vase before dispatch but I would have to pay for the return (which was £13) this I felt was unfair and not good customer service!
