Terrible service ordered some spot lights and bulbs 2 weeks ago They had tried to delivery’s wed 1st July and I was at work so they didn’t leave them in my safe place, and the card said try again the next day yet again they didn’t leave them. After several phone calls they said we will send them out this week. Had email from delivery company dpd to say they would be delivered on Thursday 9th July so I swapped my day off and I have received the bulbs but no lights. I rang again they said it was a warehouse error and they will send them out tomorrow fri 10th. I am at work 😫. I asked if they could be delivered to my work she said yes but can’t say if it would be after 9.30 when my shop opens. So looks like I’m gunna be with out them again so who knows when I will get them Not happy will never use them again.

The light-fitting, although arrived super speedy, was full of water! I have been trying to get hold of customer services for last 3 days to arrange a return and replacement, but my helpdesk message has still not been picked up.
After leaving review, I was promptly contacted and a replacement light fitting delivered the very next day - Thank you so much!! 5 Stars for customer service!!!
