Trying to find out what is going on with cancelled holiday due to Coronavirus is not easy. No communication from them.

Booked our holiday months in advance - we paid extra to choose our seats - everything confirmed in writing - then out of the blue new paperwork arrived informing us that TUI, their parent company, he’d changed planes and it was tough luck!!!
We approached Late Deals and we had booked our holiday months in advance but now found ourselves placed at the back of the aircraft, and near all the toilets, not what we had in mind when we paid our money on seats of our choice.
We holiday quite a few times a year and TUI have let us down before - time to start looking to book direct with the hotels and book flights separately. Jet 2 still a good option and have not let us down to date.

The booking was very easy to complete and the holiday was very good value for money.The apartments although basic were as described and very central in Kardemena. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Online check in and mobile boarding passes made life very easy getting through Newcastle airport.Kos airport currently undergoing refurbishment .

Great site for finding holiday availability for various dates and destinations, prices always cheaper than main tour operators such as Tui, First Choice, T. Cook etc, as Late Deals give an extra discount. Have used them for several on-line holiday bookings, always reliable and efficient. A very quick and user-friendly site..

Bought a package holiday from Latedeals for the first time. Don't usually buy package holidays but couldn't do it cheaper..... It was a Tui holiday with all the services they provide but much cheaper....thank you Latedeals.

Have used Late Deals many times before. It is always straightforward and easy to do on line. The ATOL certificate is sent promptly and if you do have a question there is help at the end of the phone. We did not need any assistance on this occasion. We will be using Late Deals again in the future as it is a very good service.

Reconsider their approach to helping customers rather than penalising them.

Booked my holiday online. Was unable to enter advances passenger information. Call up the following day and was told that there was no rooms left for that hotel even though I had paid so I was unable to go on the holiday.

I call up the following day trying to find another solution, prepared to be flexible on the days. The agent found the same holiday going on the day after which I agreed to. Was told it was all booked and I thought problem solved.

Get a call the following day saying that the agent had booked accidentally a different hotel on a different part of the island. I just asked for my money back at this point as it feels like a charade it is getting so ridiculous.

About a week later I get another call from another agent requesting I pay for the original holiday. I informed him of what had happened and that I had already paid but he had no idea about any of this. Starting to feel like I am being scammed at this point so tell him I will not be putting any more money down as they seem untrustworthy and it feels like a scam.

A few back and forth phonecalls and conversations and I end up paying for the holiday. The agent very begrudgingly gives extra legroom after half an hour of telling me he could not do anything to compensate me for the ridiculous situation that had transpired.

We went on holiday in the end but it was a complete mess to book and I don't think I will ever use late deals again.

Easy to use no hassle no confusion great holiday well looked after from start to finish
