From my original booking in 2020 which had to be changed to 2021 due to the Pandemic to needing to re-arrange again to 2022, Jet2 were clear and concise on all my options, the whole process whilst being disappointed about not being able to travel was made bearable by the excellent staff that helped me.

We have travelled with Jet2 many times, at least 3 times a year. The pandemic put holidays on hold last year and we transferred our Lanzarote booking from July to Gran Canaria for new year 2022. Hassan sorted everything out for us and was so efficient. We have always rated Jet2 as the best travel company and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Just cannot wait to board their plane again soon. The service from all of staff both here, and in resort is excellent. Thank you all.
