Ordered a coat for my dog on the 29/12/2018. On the 3/1/2019 I emailed to ask about the parcel as they had a lack of communication, they emailed back quickly so thanks for that but they said that the coat I ordered was out of stock and they would send it out at the beginning of this week 7/1/2019. Still no parcel and no email, I have emailed them today 11/1/2019. What I don’t in is if there was no stick why did the website allow me to order the coat? I could have just ordered something else instead. First impression have not be good. I do think a refund might be the way I go.

I stille haven't got alle off my order. Orderet in dec. 2015 and still missing one item. Have sendt 3 mail which they have not answered. I consider this a a very bad Service.

I was really looking forward trying out Inner Wolf as they seems to have a good range of products, when I placed my order its said delivery within 5 working days, after over a week of hearing nothing about it I've send a few emails and never received a response and it seems no one is never there to pick up the phone either, when I've tricked them with a fake email saying I wanted to place a big order I received a call straight away and my order couple of days after that.
I'll never order with them again.
