UPDATE 17/09/20: I have now mysteriously received an e-mail saying my order has now been shipped. I will revise my review once my order arrives.
Placed an order at the beginning of August and my money was taken for it, but it is now a month on and I have had no response to my attempts to get an update and no sign of me receiving these products. I have, however, received an email asking me to review my order! Wishing I had read all the reviews sooner - AVOID!

I wish I had read these reviews before using this company. Ordered online on 26 Jul 20. Goods never received (now 3 Sep 20). As others have stated, they do not respond to emails or contact form. Do not use this company. Hoping I can get monies recovered via bank.

Great store if you visit in person, knowledgable and friendly. I started purchasing my dog food from them after taking their advice however when i try to call, email or message I rarely recieve a response and have to constantly chase them. Too far for me to travel in the off chance they have my dog food in stock. This cannot be put down to Covid issues as this also happened well before lockdown began. Couldnt wait any longer for a response so have bought my dog food direct from supplier (cheaper and postage was excellent value via dpd) so I won't be buying from them again. I can only assume footfall business must be fantastic as they seem to have little interest in communicating by other means. From other reviews it is not an isolated problem

Spent my £75 22ndMay. Now the 30th June and nothing! Have tried to call- nobody picks up. Have emailed- nobody responds. No way apparently of even getting a refund.
I think I must assume that this company has gone bust. ***PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK***
Bust or not a little communication would have been nice.
Will need to claw money back via credit card company.
Frankly disgraceful way to run a company.

Ordered a harness on the 8th of MARCH, payment was taken same day, email confirmation of order received, and I was told I'd get another email when my order was despatched.
I have still never received my order!
Never got a follow-up email, no response to my own emails to the enquiries address, no answer when I phone, absolutely zero response when I left a message with my order number, contact details, etc.

Ordered dog coat 31.1 20 , money deducted, no coat arrived to date. Numerous emails and phone calls, all unanswered. Thinking this is not a reputable firm.

Purchased pheasant scent for dog training but dog completely disinterested even though she can scent a real pheasant at 500m. Clearly not fit for purpose.

This entity will take payment for goods they don’t have in stock, breach their own delivery terms they advertise and not bother to contact you to tell you there will be a delay or give you the option to cancel. If you want more hassle in life, then this is the place likely to give you that. Good luck.

I placed an order for a harness, lead and two packs of training treats on 20th August. After a week, heard nothing about dispatch, so emailed. Had a reply after a day or two saying two items out of stock, did I want them to send the in stock items. I replied yes. A week later still nothing arrived. I phoned, they apologised and said they'd send the in stock items, which they then finally did. Lead and treats were still out of stock. Then a fortnight passed. I was at a dog show for 2 days and could have bought a lead but thought, no , I've got one on order, paid for already. On Sept 23rd I again phoned Inner Wolf and left a message. I would have expected an apologetic phone call and refund, but I had to call them again the following morning and ask what was going on. The lead was still out of stock apparently. I was finally offered a refund, but at every stage I had to call them. I'd expect to be told immediately if an item is out of stock. Other companies offer much better customer service, I've had goods direct from Europe with far less trouble. I will avoid using this company in future.

Ordered a dog coat on 6th September, they took payment, received an email, stating they would email me once dispatched, not responding to emails, or voicemails, nobody answers the phone. 17th Sept, still no communication or dog coat. Very poor. Now having to go to bank to get my money back!!

Two attempts at separate orders for separate (and different) items, and in both cases there were considerable delays, numerous attempts at calling (the phone number is not currently connected) and there were delays in responding to emails. The second order in fact has received no response at all. The first attempt at an order was refunded, and I am hoping the second attempt at an order will similarly be refunded. Not a company I will ever use again.

Ordered 3 items online 10th December 2017. Received items promptly, however, one item was too small. Followed online instructions for returns, and posted item requesting a smaller product. This is the point where the service from this company deteriorates. I have not had a replacement item nor any correspondence from Innerwolf, despite sending emails to their enquiries and resolutions team. Think twice before ordering from this company, which is a shame given the actual products are good. Any suggestions as to where to buy running gear for dogs from?

I ordered a doggyride on 15th September. Its now the 5th January and I dont have the product I ordered. I have had to chase for any response at all. I have not had an apology or any explanation. Inner Wolf are simply blaming the supplier? I would not bother ordering again, waste of time.

Ordered an item a week ago and had no email telling me it had been dispatched, which the site says will happen. No answer to my email quite so I called them. After several attempts I got through. Apparently the stockists have not delivered. I asked why say it's in stock then? Was told the stockist had it in but they have not delivered. Should be with me 2 weeks after ordering but I am not hopeful, not having read some reviews on here. Will never order from them again. Took my money but in no hurry to send what I paid for. Poor service. And Inner Wolf, don't bother replying on here with excuses. There are none!

I placed an order on 3 Jan for a 'bolting rabbit' which was shown as being in stock. On 13 Jan I emailed Inner Wolf enquiring when I could expect delivery. They replied saying the item had been out of stock, but their suppliers now had the item and as soon as they received it they would send it to me. Fine, but why was it showing as in stock on their website and if it was out of stock surely an email advising me of this would have been courteous? The item arrived 16 Jan but no instructions, so presumably I'm to work out this for myself? I wont use the company again and I wish I'd looked at their reviews before buying from them.

We ordered a trailer and bed last year and we are still waiting for the bed. I have sent a number of emails but have now given up on getting the bed. I feel very upset by the lack of control or even follow up from the company and the customer service is very. Poor. Getting customers to repeat purchase is very important to any company but not this one. I am now going to take action to recover our loss, always pay by a credit card. K Madden

I wanted to inform everyone of the issues I have had with innerwolf.co.uk in the hopes that someone else does not end up having to deal with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never given a bad review of any company, but everyone deserves a warning so that they too don't have their money taken from them without any sign of the items they ordered.
I will preface this with I understand that international orders take some time to ship and I believe I was extremely patient through the whole process. I placed an order for a harness, line and belt back in January. I received an email a few days later stating that my package had been shipped. A few weeks went by, no sign of the package, so I emailed the company to see if they had a tracking number for the package. No response. A week later, I emailed the company again to see if there was a tracking number for the package or if they had any other details. No response. I then decided as a consumer to do my due diligence and check for reviews on the company. Sadly, I found multiple reviews stating that they had similar issues; failure to send package, lack of response to emails and phone calls, etc. Now thinking that I'm not going to get my package or a response, I decided to call my credit card company and place a dispute on the charges.
Almost one week later, I finally receive an email from an employee, who states that my package was returned due to the parcel service never being able to get ahold of me. I, in fact, never had anyone try and contact me, let alone, someone was always home during the time that I was waiting for the package. I was asked if I wanted my package resent (this was on February 23rd). I replied yes and that I wanted a tracking number associated with the package. The next day, he emails me asking me to have the dispute of changes removed so that they don't lose their money. I complied and informed him that the reason I had placed the dispute was because I was not getting a response to my emails. Then a week later, no word, so I send another email asking about the status of the package. No response. I patiently wait another week to send another email, asking him to please respond. Needless to say, he had been updating his company's Facebook page this entire time. The response I finally received was that due to my package being returned and the dispute of charges being placed that he allocated the belt from my order to another order and the belt is on back order and out of his hands. It took him 2 weeks to inform me, after I asked him to resend the package, that it may be another 2 weeks before my package was going to be sent.
I decided I'm tired of the games and the lack of customer service and wanted to warn anyone who was planning on shopping there, as the website looks professional. Anyone who has worked on sales knows that you do not treat your customers as such, especially if you plan on having thriving business.

I emailed to advise that I wished to return an item. Nice man [NBame] said that as long as the order details were with the packet this would be fine. Lots of big writing on packet. Used Royal Mail. Emailed 3 times, and silence. No email back, no expression of retailer concern. No refund. No replacement. I am assuming they have gone bust.

I wish I had read other reviews before ordering anything from Inner Wolf. It looks as though my experience is all too familiar. I ordered a couple of training dummies two weeks ago, waited the suggested 7 working days for confirmation of delivery, but since then have heard nothing. Email and telephone enquiries go unanswered. This is incredibly frustrating. A company with such dire customer service does not deserve to stay in business.

I came across the Innerwolf website when looking for a cannicross harness for my dog, their website looked very professional and they seemed to stock a lot of different products. I eventually decided on a Howling wolf tough skin harness as it was described as being hard wearing and 'tough'. I ordered the harness and a week passed and i still hadn't received a shipment email or the item, so i sent them an email, then another few days and another few emails and still no reply. I eventually got through to someone using the live chat service on the website, she went on to tell me that they were out of stock of the item i had ordered but could send me it in another colour, great! i received it in the next 5 days however, after 20 days and only using it a handful of times while running with my dog she became caught on a branch and ripped clean through it, my 15kg small collie dog! This product was advertised as hard wearing and able withstand rough and tumble and could not withstand a small branch. I have been in contact with inner wolf to ask for a refund over live chat and there response was that it is tough but not 'rip proof' and considered extraneous to normal use and that i could not have a refund. They obviously have a different definition of tough and normal use then i do, so people if you buy a howling dog tough skin harness don't go near trees and if you got it from innerwolf good luck!

I ordered a basket for my bicycle. It came with extremely limited instructions, and it wouldn't hold even half the weight it claimed without falling onto my front tyre. I emailed and rang Inner Wolf, was forced to leave a message, telling them I urgently needed a different basket for a trip. No reply, so I had to order a different basket from another company. After my trip, [Name] from Inner Wolf tried arguing with me but eventually agreed in an email to refund my money if I sent it back. I did, with signature verification. They received it but still haven't refunded me 1 month later, despite many emails and phone calls. I'm pretty sure this is illegal! I wish I had known about this site and seen the other similar problems before buying - no wonder they are rated 94 out of 99 pet supply companies!

I ordered a £350 dog trailer 21/07/2014. It arrived with several parts missing and unusable. Nearly a month on, still no parts, lots of promises to "send next week" "were so sorry" but no real action.
I wish I read all the poor reviews before I ordered

READ THE MANY OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT NON-DISPATCH OF GOODS FIRST. I WISH I HAD.
My pet hate (excuse the pun) is companies that take payment for goods that then are't dispatched. That's what happened here. Was told initially after my order that the goods were not available, but payment was taken anyway (later told that the problem was with the payment processor NOCHEX (definately aviod using ANY company that uses NOCHEX, that's another story when I followed up with them) telling them the payment had not gone through????).
Not really apologetic or regretful and really mad me feel as if it was all my fault.... Given I had paid, and they had not sent the goods for which I had paid 3 weeks earlier, feel the problem is with them.
Called innerwolf on numerous occassions, but just got answerphone, left messages but no call backs from them. Their opening hours shown on their website are strange to say the least, and it seems as if this is some kind of part-time / hobby business.
