Inghams staff/management are always very helpful and having been a client with you for so many years the holidays are always exactly as stated beforehand, i.e. NO Nasty Surprises as so often happens with the like of Tui or Thomas Cook as was. None of as some others claim "its near the Centre" when Google Earth clearly shows/confirms it is a Mile away.

The phone was answered quickly and efficiently.I did not have to wait ages or listen to piped music!The travel agent was polite, friendly and incredibly understanding of my wish to postpone our trip to Switzerland to 2022.All in all a very satisfactory and pleasing conclusion.

From the start to the finish Inghams has been a leader in fairness. The final deposit does not have to be paid until a a very reasonable time. Also being able to transfer to 2022 without extra charges is operator leading. I spoke with Sasha who was very helpful. I would fully recommend Inghams for Lakes and Mountains holidays.
