Amazing customer service. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and they phoned to tell me and ask if I still wanted the rest of my order which I did. When my order arrived they sent two bottles of an alternative at no cost an refunded the cost of my original item.

I found this rucksack at 8pm on a Monday night and by midday of Wednesday it was delivered, at the allotted hour, in time for my daughter's European trip. Very good service and the rucksack was at the best price that I could find anywhere.

Fantastic Company I ordered an item paid for it with paypal and next morning decided I should have ordered two so I telephoned and asked if it was too late to increase my order the lady on the telephone was extremely efficient and said the order was in dispatch but she would go down and make sure a second item was added. I received an email saying items dispatched and then the items arrived very soon after. Because I had paid for one item with paypal and the second by debit card I was finding it difficult to find and download invoices so I telephoned and again a very helpful lady said she would email the two invoices to me.

I was so impressed with the service that I have already been online and ordered other items because not only are they helpful with quick delivery but on the items I wanted they were the cheapest I could find on the web
