This company is a SCAM! I placed an order on the 4 of July and was promised a delivery date of the 14th of August. It’s now the 5th of September and I still haven’t received anything. I have tried contacting them via email numerous times but haven’t received any response. Do not buy from them. I repeat this company is a SCAM!

FRUUGO ARE SCAMMERS.

Just google them and see how many they have scammed this year (I am one of them who they stole money from and no product sent from them, customer service are just fraudsters playing incompetent/ dumb so they can steal your money).
The good reviews about them are probably fake, in order to keep up the appearances before authorities will stop them from stealing from more ppl.

FRUUGO ARE SCAMMERS (they will take your money then not deliver any product).
Everyone who got scammed pls downvote them
and take legal action if you can stop them...

Seems a bit too late since Ive been scammed in MAY2020 (similar to many others this year)
Just google them...Facebbok, trustpilot, hellopeter, sitejabber, productreview etc.
They have scammed so many, that their own ppl trying have trouble keeping up in making fake positive reviews

I ordered an item with express delivery.
I recieved the tracking number but royal mail hadn't even received the item.
I contacted company and the seller twice.
I had no response.
I left a review on trustpiolt which clearly caught their attention.
I was met with a response of delivery times,which I was fully aware of..so this proved unhelpful.
By this point the item was meant to of been delivered but royal mail still had the same message on screen.
I finally receive a message from the seller saying the item wasnt in stock,they would re stock the following day and I'll receive it 2 days after that.
The problem is I keep telling them to refund me because the item was never shipped in the first place and as a customer who read their terms and conditions should be refunded.
So that was a further 3 messages ago..and still nothing!
Now I'm taking them to Trading standards as I've screenshotted all the evidence.
The lack of customer service is disgraceful.
Please avoid this company at all costs!!
Scam site!

Probably it is a scam. My order placed on May 4 and on June 16 still not appeared. No real answer on my emails, just automated texts and fake shipment information.

This company sucks I order case and they took money out of my account never sent tracking number

It is terrible. I ordered a book three weeks ago and never got it. I tried to reach them and the phone number was not there. Do not buy nother from these people

Appalling customer service. Taken the money and disappeared off the face of the earth. No response to emails requests.Would strongly advise against using them.

I ordered a backpack 5 piece on the 12th April which has not arrived I have tried several times to contact them with out any result

I place a order with Fruugo.com a month ago and didn't receive it yet what can I do ???

I ordered something from them a full month ago and never received it. Replied to the confirmation email and it bounced back. There is no email linked to their website so I have no way to complain or inquire. Sketchy.

I bought items on 12th of April, they emailed on following Tuesday to say 3 to 5 day delivery slot, they also sent a Royal Mail empty tracking link with no tracking number, have raised complaints and questions on their portal which have been ignored. So I assume they are scammers
