Quick, friendly service and decent prices.

Becky in the Banbury store was extremely helpful and friendly.
We were after something that wasn’t on display and she bent over backwards to find something that matched our requirements.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service. Ordered a Garmin watch which the helpful lady was very valued up on how to get up and running with it. They had to order the watch in for me which arrived earlier than expected and a lovely call beforehand to confirm its arrival and ready to collect. Thank you so much for all your help!!

Disgraceful after sales service from the Kingsgate Huddersfield branch! Very rude! Brought my watch back as the glass cracked at the top which is, in my opinion, unlikely to be from a knock and as I cannot recall knocking it was hopeful they might repair it under the guarantee. Apparently the glass is not covered and when I mentioned my thoughts about it being a manufacturing fault, a cursory, disdainful glance was shown by the manager and a definite no was her reply. They were not as rude when they took my money when I purchased it. The local watch repairer in the Packhorse centre is great and agreed it looked like a manufacturing fault. Will not buy a watch from here again.

My daughter came in to have her ears pierced and I’m so glad we chose F Hinds! The lady who did it totally put my daughter at ease and was so kind and explained step by step what she was about to do. I couldn’t recommend enough to have your ears pierced here!

It was the first time I had visited the store in Ashford. The member of staff who served me was the nicest person I had met. I will 100% be visiting the store again very soon. The jewellery is stunning.

My engagement ring broke. It was purchased from chapelle at the Lowry which is now closed. When I went on the chapelle website it directed me to go to F. Hinds. I went to the Trafford center one. My ring was taken for about 3 weeks, I was then told nothing could be done and that chapelle no longer exists. Obviously I was upset as my ring was only 3years old and not fit for purpose. I called customer services to complain, I was told by a really cocky bloke that f Hinds had purchased Chapelle so Chapelle didn't exist and they weren't responsible for fixing my ring (I was happy to pay)
After research I found that chapelle stores were still open around the country! I got in contact with one of the stores and they bent over backwards to help me and got my ring fixed.
I've no idea what F Hinds was up to but it was a terrible experience. I feel sorry for the chapelle stores that have been taken over as their customer service and attitude is way better than what I've come into contact with F Hinds!
