Such poor experience. Ordered a vase over 10 days ago and no sign of dispatch and no communication. I have tried to email and left a message via Instagram, no response. I am one of many this has happened to.

Cox and Cox used to be great and I've used them many times, but they are chaotic this year. Sold me a tree which didn't come with the delivery. Now out of stock. No mention of this with dispatch note 10 days after I had ordered! Took my money though. Customer Services are useless. Like to keep you hanging on for a good half an hour before cutting you off. Running up your phone bill nicely. I would shop at Graham and Green if I were you.

Quick delivery of my sheepskin seat pad in environmentally friendly packaging made for a good experience. The seat pad is everything I hoped it would be, comfortable, cosy, non slip, and the perfect size and shape for my dining chair. It was a good price as I had a 30% off code, but without this discount would have been rather expensive. I am enjoying my purchase!

Very good quality product that looks great in our hallway. Although we were initially sent a faulty product, Cox and Cox were very quick to remedy the issue and arranged for an immediate collection of the faulty item, and re delivery of a replacement item.
