Very poor after sales service. I've emailed twice about non delivery of items and received no response. I now have to use more time and expense to call them. I have asked for my money back because I had to go elsewhere for the items. Very disappointing.

The delivery was painfully slow, i waited 7 days before sending an email, to ascertain where my items were, i had a set reply stating that due to Covid, customer service may take 72 hours to respond, when i finally received an answer, i was told that one of my 2 items, was out of stock, even though when i placed the order online it was in stock, and payment was taken. I would expect that this would of been noticed immediately, and Chums would of notified me, but after a long wait, i wonder exactly when they planned on getting in touch, you are advised to wait for a set length of time before making contact, and as for the Covid excuse for a slow response from customer service, this is so lame, so many companies and institutions are using this excuse, if you have not got sufficient staff to deal with enquiries, employ more staff, and if existing staff are working from home,this should not prevent them from answering emails, and phone calls.

Not at all sure, packet was not delivered on date stated, Tracking said an attempt eas made to deliver it, but no one was in, not correct 3 people were in at the time, so delivery was possibly attempted to another address.
